I travel all the way from Tulare to have my vehicles serviced. The shop is family owned and operated. The mechanics are a dad and son team and they are very knowledgeable and proficient. They are honest and and fast. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I was disappointed on the customer services Corral gave today. I have always taken my car. I was needing help to get the spark plugs change (I took my car to Auto zone for the codes). The older man explained he can do the job but it will have no guarantee if that is going to fix the problem. I said okay and he booked my appointment. He explained the spark plugs I purchased might be the wrong ones. I purchased them ahead of time to get the warranty under my number. He said he must first take off the original plugs and check what kind it is. I was a bit frustrated because he kept saying it has no guarantee. When I arrived to shop it looked full. I asked how long the car will be in the shop? He asked what was needed he couldn't recall. The other mechanic said the same thing "no guarantee". They didn't care that I had gotten the codes. Long story short they did NOT want to fix the car. I left class early in hopes to get this problem fixed. I found that very unprofessional on the shop part. Why book an appointment if you don't want to do the job. Don't waist people's time.

Very quick, very nice, and reasonably priced. It was hot when I got there, and everyone who saw me offered me a bottle of cold water. If I need anything else I'm definitely going back.

Corral Auto Services replaced my starter within 2 days when my car's starter unexpectantly gave out while visiting cousins in the area. I read the reviews and based my decision on having my car serviced there because of all the positive reviews. Upon arrival I was grated kindly and the elder man was very clear and detailed on what he would do to diagnose the issue and called me within 2 hrs after drop off to inform me that starter was indeed needing a replacement. My car was ready for pick up on Monday morning at 9am. He was reasonable priced and effecient in his work, I have not had an issue with the starter since. Highly recommend Corral Auto Services. Great service and very friendly.

For years the Corral men have taken care of my family. Always made sure our vehicles were safe. And when I came to them needing help for a fellow veteran, there they were always answering the call. 5 stars is the most I can give on here but these men are 10 stars in our book. Honesty and Integrity is what you will find here in their automotive service shop.
