Friendly customers service, the store is very clean and organized and I like the reward program is very convenient. I hope they don't close the store.

The pharmacy service is exemplary and prompt. The employees are courteous and knowledgeable. I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews..I’ve been a customer of this cvs back when it was Longs drugs over by Cost Less back when Cost Less was called Farmer Boys and I’ve never been an unsatisfied customer.

CVS pharmacy employee not helpful . Rebecca was rushing me not Trying to give me any information when all she had to do was give me a phone number for a certain billing department. Her tone & attitude was not great customer service at all. Spoke with a supervisor charlotte and she finally gave me the number but wasn’t friendly either or seemed like she cared.

This is for this pharmacy, specifically customer service related, specifically a person named Rebecca in the pharmacy
She was very short with me, interrupted me several times, put me on hold while I was in the middle of a sentence, and then had the audacity to say "could you let me finish speaking" with a nasty tone in her voice when I accidentally interrupted her, well, you interrupted me first, several times. That was incredibly rude. I am not happy.

Called at 5:57pm to let them know I was stuck behind a train they ignored my call didn't even bother answering missed my opportunity to get my medication that I really needed. I was legit stuck being the train since 5:50 it was a double train I would've made it on time if it wasn't for the train but them no answering my call is just ridiculous my call was purposely ignored horrible customer service

This is for the pharmacy. I was trying to get my wife for antibiotic as she was in severe pain. The prescription went through and we are new to town so did not know that there was two CVS's on 11th avenue. Obviously I went to this location which was the wrong one and got turned away. I was told to go to the other location but they closed before I could get there. Not knowing they closed at 6:00 p.m. I would have, of course asked if they could fill it at this location, but when I had arrived at 5:55 p.m. the pharmacist at this location did absolutely nothing. So now my wife has to suffer another night because of the absolute ineptitude of the pharmacy staff. So thank you for being absolutely useless.

I liked the store, better prices than other CVS’s just everything is locked up so good luck scanning products to make sure you are getting the correct pricing. Overall, it has most of what you need, staff is really friendly.

Horrible customer service came in to pick up my son's prescription and the lady at the register by the name Anne says it's not ready that they need my doctor to approve it that i should call my doctor so I do they say they need more info for me to tell them to call or send the info into my provider i go back to tell them then the same lady tells me that they are out of stock to call my provider and have them send it out to another pharmacy so I go back and call my provider they tell me it's faster if I have cvs do a transfer to another cvs go back in and basically get yelled at saying they can't do to call my provider again and have them send out a new prescription to another pharmacy all could of been avoided if they would have explained it right the first time

Ordered a same day poster to be ready by 10:30 am arrive at 12:30 it’s not ready, he says he just needs to put paper in, doesn’t know what he’s doing with the printer but I’m being patient then he gives up starts ringing up 5-6 people. 2 other employees walk by see he doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing & walk away, by now I’ve waited 25 minutes & ask him what’s going on he just says come after 4:30. I drove 25 minutes wasted gas and my time and they just simply don’t care. He says you can’t get 15% off! Bye CVS stop offering services your employees know nothing about.

I have had so many mixed experiences with this pharmacy since I moved to Hanford a year and a half ago that it's really been difficult to write a review. Two of their pharmacists have been kind and helpful, a grey haired female, and an Asian male, while the others never make eye contact with customers, and physically show their impatience when you ask to speak with them, with never a smile or a greeting or any acknowledgment that you're a human being. They've recently had a lot of problems finding staff so the customer service is hit and miss. One of the young ladies constantly asks me how to spell everything I say to her, and I have a pretty common name. Another one gave me information that I knew was incorrect, and when I requested she go back and speak to the pharmacist for clarification, she was reticent to do so. When she finally did I could hear the pharmacist being impatient and rude to her. No wonder she doesn't want to ask - how can she learn? As someone who has spent a great deal of my life training employees, I am always kind and very patient with them even when I'm frustrated. Over the past months, I have seen one blossom into an excellent employee, but the other one is still going nowhere. No people skills, acts confident that she knows what she's doing even when she is constantly making mistakes, and gets annoyed when I ask her to get clarification. There is a point where that is a disservice to their customers, and CVS needs to find someone to replace her. Some people just don't belong in a customer service position.I've had to deal with numerous problems with their website, and have spoken to someone supposedly in upper management there, and the problem has still not been remedied. And it's such a minor thing, but annoying to me. As I'm sure we are all frustrated at the barrage of junk text messages we get, I am so tired of getting their continuous erroneous text messages. I've gone in there and spoken to them personally and told them to remove every instance of automatic refills and they have said they did it, yet I continue to receive text messages telling me I have a prescription due for pick up. And half of the time it's not even some thing I'm taking anymore.Because of my insurance, I have no other choice of where to get my prescriptions filled. I've tried other CVS locations and the problems are pretty much the same. I wish I had something kinder to say about this business but unfortunately there is little on the plus side.
