I have been going to CVS on 11th avenue for several years, this morning at 9:00am to load some funds on my pre paid card when I walked up to the counter there was a very nice lady standing there to my shock was there a girl sitting on the floor putting on her makeup for some reason there was issues with the transaction being completed as the clerk was trying to explain what was happening Ms Makeup artist started popping off what the problem was I asked her to stop I was trying to listen to the clerk she in turn told the clerk to give me my stuff back and for me to leave HEY MS MAKEUP ARTIST SHUT UP IF YOU ARE PUTTING ON YOUR MAKEUP I ASSUME YOU ARE NOT CLOCKED IN AND IF YOU ARE CLOCKED IN UNPROFESSIONAL STEALING FROM THE COMPANY CONSIDERING THEY ARE PAYING YOU TO SIT ON THE FLOOR AND DOING YOUR MAKEUP,I won’t be going back anytime soon

Pharmacy, was very rude and did not help at all. The staff are unfriendly and has very bad manners. Please have them replace or have take a class on ethics please.

Still a nice area to grab some last minute items or what not. Store is neatly organized and items were easy to locate. One of my favorite CVS stores in Hanford, CA.

Went for scheduled "appointment", was 30 minutes late, store understaffed, pharmacist in the phone for 30+ minutes!! Do not like this CVS, will not return. Will find alternative place/location for future shots.

Pharmacy has horrible service, not once not twice, but three times for the same prescription. They’ve totally messed me up the last time I was there I had a prescription to pick up and my insurance due to being in between jobs was not available and I wanted to pay cash and they told me they do not accept cash. Are you serious right now? We are in the United States of America and you cannot pay cash for something? At first I thought they meant green cash so I offered my credit card but they said no you cannot buy anything without insurance . This pharmacy has been a nightmare from not being able to transfer prescriptions to claiming they can’t read the doctors notes just a very unprofessional pharmacy. I will never go back here again and it’s a shame. It’s right down the street from my house.

Got sleep gummies with a discount included. Buy 1 get 1 for 99 cents! Nice! Great deals! Clean, safe and practiced! Music playing. Self checkout convenience! Great store! Highly recommended!

Rude manager. Told me is the item out then no we dont have it. The workers lie about putting out items or when they will. Possibly reselling.
