Took my girlfriend to get her written test, we got sent back 3 different times and each time they asked for different documents each time we had to wait in line again. Terrible place.

I asked lady who takes pictures (older woman, shoulder length brown hair, black glasses, speaks English/Spanish) a question Abt how often cdl renewals are and she got rude and wouldn't directly answer she just said when it's your turn it's your turn. Unprofessional and ugly behavior. It makes the already uncomfortable DMV experience, worse. Please be kinder to the people you are supposed to be assisting and help make the process a little more bearable.

Made me pay $400 to take a course that they give you for free in a book AFTER you fail 3 times on a permit test. The last lady I had to talk to was rude and didn't listen to what I said at all. She just kept repeating herself and interrupted me when I said I had a problem with the computer. She was no help with anything. After you finish the course you get to take a practice test before you go to the place and actually take it, but you can only do the practice test once and theres no way to reset it. Some of the questions on the test are stupid and make no sense, which makes passing even harder. Overall a bad experience that's ongoing.

Had my pregnant wife sitting there for three hours, so she could pay 14 dollars for her registration. The lady helping her left, and never came back.

Security officer is very rude, not sure if he's the one at the facility at all times. He was rude to me and another older gentleman. The lady at the door is also rude and seems like she doesn't even want to be there. It doesn't matter if there's many windows opened or just a few, they take forever to call people.

I made an appt. for license renewal at 3:30 and was out of there at 3:39. Making an appt. is a must if you want to have a somewhat good experience at the DMV. This experience was the best I've ever had. The man that helped me was helpful and kind. Not the normal grumpy, attitude I've got in the past. Thank you Hanford DMV for a lovely time today

I'm not sure if anyone enjoys going to the DMV. It's not one of my favorite places to go but, if it can't be accomplished online, you'll have to go in person. I would strongly recommend to make an appointment because if you don't have one, be prepared to stand in line and wait. Luckily for me, I had an appointment. Once inside I waited approximately 15 minutes, not bad. The staff is very professional, patient and friendly.

Parking parking, why don't we have more parking. Not utilizing the back lot & using it 4 driving tests is a waste, when we have great streets & a hwy 2 utilize very near by. Allowing people who have a disability & not feeling burden 2 request those services, especially when U look like a traditional person.

Fastest I've ever been in and out of the dmv without an appointment! I'm amazed.... no I'm floored at how quick I was threw the whole process! Thank you hanford dmv employees!

Confusing experience to get your Registration renewed. One line before you enter the building, sit and wait until your number is called to a window, or stand in a line inside for a Kiosk. Hurry up and wait! Next time, I'm just going to pay extra online for convenience.

As I sat here waiting for my dad; I noticed an interaction with an individual and employee, just got to say Staff handled situation very well individual was just not wanting to understand the employee and many attempts were made to help they just refused to hear the answer. But the staff managed to de-escalate situation. On another note, My only recommendation is; have more bilingual fluent staff… if you see you peer struggling to help someone they are helping, step up and help out ur peer…But I definitely understand this line of job can be stressful…
