I recently rented a car from Enterprise and on my way home I hit standstill traffic on hwy 5 which threw me off schedule to return the car by 5:00. I called the Enterprise office and spoke with Aaron to let him know I was running late. He stuck around and waited for me to show up. I literally had only seconds to spare. Aaron went above and beyond to help me keep from getting charged for an extra day. He's my new hero.

I have been renting from Enterprise for years throughout the entire country but have yet to find an office as great as the Hanford Branch. I've recently had the pleasure of dealing with the Branch Manager David, managers Luis Perez, and Aaron, and they have been absolutely wonderful. Every employee there is great, and I'm treated wonderfully every time I step foot in that office. They are all quick, efficient, friendly, and always accommodating to every customers needs, including mine. As I travel weekly, this will be my branch of choice, and I hope these employees get the recognition they all deserve from a corporate level. I run a business of my own, and I would be grateful and honored to have employees like that working for me. Keep up the GREAT work, Hanford!!!

Very friendly in professional team. Use them several times. Only draw back it is a local office and dependent on customers to return cars for best selection.

They always do a good job. It's a smaller town so sometimes they run out of cars but they'll call before you get there unlike other places. Just book in advance but overall they have really good service.

Made a reservation over the phone. Representative guaranteed a specific car would be available at this location. Junior employee calls to confirm reservation 2 minutes before a doctor's appointment and apparently got soooooooo upset that I had to hang up on him, he refused to provide me with a vehicle because "I was rude."How did I find this out? I had to call back (after nobody showed up for my reservation) and speak to some person named David. Said he was a manager and DEFINITELY sounded like a manager, but I wouldn't know because I still don't have a vehicle, and nobody from management has called me back.So yeah, ummmm, my impression is that this place is a joke. I've definitely had better experiences with Enterprise at other locations. This one has been the worst by far. Cannot recommend and will definitely be rethinking my future relationship with Enterprise moving forward.Please remember folks: rudeness is always subjective, and most managers lose the ability to recognize it right around the same time they stop caring.???

This is the second time I rented from Enterprise, their customers is so awesome, kind & friendly.. their fast, they make a customer feel taking care! The best thing I like about them , they will give you a ride home after returning the car rental,I will definitely recommend Enterprise to my family and friends.

Made reservations online, on pickup day they provided me with a great vehicle, the vehicle was very nice, easy to drive. We felt safe. Return was just as easy.

First, I would like to say I've never had a bad experience with Enterprise when I've rented vehicles in the past. The employees located at my local office are absolutely amazing. However, I can not say the same for the main customer service. I contacted them due to an issue with the vehicle I was driving (extreme shaking and door rattling) and asked about swapping the vehicle out. The first lady I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. She gathered my information and said I could swap vehicles at the airport located closest to me and she would send notification to them. When I arrived at the airport, located an hour out of my way, I had to exit my vehicle to approach an employee (who was leaning against a pole scrolling on his phone) after waiting 5 minutes and being the only vehicle in line. I was told they only had the smallest vehicle available as they were completely sold out, which was not comparable to the full size I was in with my kids. As I left the airport, I called the main customer service line again and explained the issue to another lady. This time, the agent was rude and continuously cut me off while talking. She claimed she couldn't assist me as the DOB was inputted incorrectly (off by one day) by my home office and I would need to go to them to correct it before I could get any type of assistance. Wow, ok. So the next morning, which was a Saturday, I was at the local office to have them correct my DOB, only to be told they are unable to do that. However, they were amazing and swapped out the vehicle for me. Again, I contacted customer service and explained the entire situation, the agent that assisted me the third time was very helpful and changed the DOB when the previous 2 calls claimed they were unable to. So, as long as you don't have a need to contact customer service, you should have a great experience.

Dropped my rental here after spending all day trying to find a replacement vehicle for our totaled family vehicle. We rolled up at literally 4:55 and the young lady I worked with was just as kind and accommodating as if I’d rolled up mid morning and she hadn’t been harried by multitudes of other customers yet. Just sweet as sugar, lovely!However, we took off and, when we stopped for water, I realized I’d left my laptop in the rental. We frantically drove back while calling and leaving voicemails asking for a callback.We arrived to see one lone employee closing everything down, and I will be forever grateful to Aaron for still being there and unlocking the rental for me so I could get my laptop back! We live 3 hours away and it would have been a literal logistical nightmare to get it back otherwise.Aaron is my hero and this location is highly recommended by me and my family!

Super unprofessional. They lied then tried to blame their mistakes on their manager. Will not be renting from the Hanford location anymore. I believe the employees name was josh.

Prior to pick up I was called about my reservation. They made sure I was good to go on their end, which helped me.When I arrived for pickup I was early & asked for the advisor I had spoken with the day before.He was happy & eager to help me out.We walked the vehicle per his guidance. He was very pleasant & helpful during my car rental experience.
