I thought I had found a really great pharmacy. After 2 months of getting my prescriptions there all of a sudden they can’t fill them because I don’t get any other medications. I literally had an additional medication prescribed and you want me to get prescribed more in order to be filled?! Make it make sense.

OP received excellent customer service from Mercedes on the phone. They put extra effort to prepare compound rx in a timely way and try to help save money by reducing the dispensed amount.The over-the-counter pharmacy in the store also has below average pricing on common items ?I would highly recommend this to people looking for a compound pharmacy due to the fact that they’re hard to find in this area. It’s rare to find an excellent combination of value and customer service at the pharmacy.

Absolutely love this pharmacy! After SaveMart closed we went to Walhreens and they were horrible so we changed to MedEx and they are amazing...so friendly, punctual, refill without even telling them, and delivered without telling them which I find as the BEST customer service! Very pleased! Thank you for being caring and compassionate to us folks who need medication!
