I recently just took all my stuff home after having a storage space here for 25 years. Every time my circumstances changed and I needed a smaller or larger unit, I was taken care of. The office manager is a great person and is very friendly. I never had not even one bad experience at 5 Star storage over the years. You are a valued customer here, and your stored items are secure. If a space is needed I will do business here again. Thankyou!!!

The place is clean the office manager is awsome and always friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I might have to find a new place because your prices are getting so high I can't afford to stay there. I've been with you for 8 years and spend over $200 a month . Helping a long and loyal customer would be a welcomed experience.

Five star mini storage is by far the best storage I have rented. Shawn the manager is super friendly and out going with me and my family. The facility is clean and well kept. Great prices and affordable. He really cars for his customers and builds relationships with them. He will answer any questions you may have at all time. I recommend this storage facility to anyone and you won't be disappointed.

I have been with Five Star Mini Storage for the past year. The manager, Shawn, is always very polite and helpful with any questions or needs that I have. The facility is always clean. I have seen him blowing out the hallways and wiping down the doors on many occasions. His attention to detail is appreciated. Best customer service ever!

I’ve had my storage unit in your facility for over twenty years. It’s a nice facility however the prices have nearly doubled in the time I’ve been using this facility. Not to mention the new requirement to add insurance which your competitors are not doing. The cleanliness is fine with exception of slimy slippery entrances into the units during the winter.
I wish you would lower your prices or at least give a price break to the customers who have been loyal and have been using your facility for decades.

The manager here is very interpersonal, good guy. He really cares about the customers and building good relationships with them. He let me see the unit gives a lot of good information open to any questions about insurance etc.
