I've been getting my haircuts from Lou for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. She always does an exceptional job, making sure my haircut is exactly how I want it every time. What I really appreciate is how she goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule, which makes things so much easier for me. Beyond her skills, she's such a pleasant person to be around—always friendly, professional, and enjoyable to chat with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and talented stylist.

Lou is the most professional hair stylist I have ever met. Every time I visit her shop I’m always certain that she always give me the color and style that I will absolutely love when she is finished.She also takes care to listen to my wishes and is always kind,warm and never rude. Miss Lou is gold in a treasure chest!! This talented and so very kind-hearted woman is so rare and here's why- several months ago my husband is in the Navy and he was due for a haircut and I had called Miss Lou and she didn't answer at first, and then moments later she called right back and I didn't realize what time she closed her business, and it was just about time for her to close shop and my husband was getting off work shortly, this selfless woman stayed to wait for him to get there and gave him a fantastic haircut!!!! He has continued to go to her and praises her after every haircut!! He always looks SO sharp and we are so thankful we found her, not often do you find an incredible soul like Miss Lou!!!! I have never in my life trusted another individual with my hair (the exception being Lou's daughter, whose talent and care is identical). Hair Creations is always clean; Lou cleans the floors and surrounding areas after each client, and has done this for as long as I can remember. She is always happy to see customers, and she goes the extra mile to make sure they are happy and excited about their cut, style and/or color. I have seen Lou for 20+ years, and at this point, I just ask her to do whatever she thinks will look great. I have never been disappointed. If you are looking for a new "usual" to have your hair cut, styled and/or colored, or looking for facial waxing and shaping, I highly recommend Hair Creations by Lou.
