“Harbor Freight is the first stop I make when looking for "that one tool you need to finish this job." We have a hatchet, rock tumbler, screwdriver set, wrench set, flashlights, and so much more from Harbor Freight. The staff always greet you upon entry and are quick to help you track down what you are looking for. The store is clean, the bathrooms (which I didn't even know they had until my three year old need to use one) are clean and I would recommend this store.”

“Tonight my 3 sons and myself were in tractor supply. There was two employees that were super helpful & very sweet. My son who is on the spectrum was looking for sea monkeys and they went above and beyond to help him. Once Serena found them my son gave her a huge hug & kiss (she was very kind and didn’t push him away) instead hugged him back and said you’re welcome. Bobby went above and beyond being very kind helping my other son with figuring out which BB gun to get and even opened it up so he could make sure he liked it and wanted to purchase it. Thank you both & thank you for complimenting I had great kids”

“Great store. Lots of products. Definitely geared towards contractors which is great. Inventory is off quite frequently. Small products could be organized better. Overall good quality and great return policy. Pro rewards are a must to keep track of purchases. Definitely better than Lowes app.Bernie Marcus and Arthur Blank dreamed up The Home Depot from a coffee shop in Los Angeles in 1978. Avid DIYers, they envisioned a superstore that would offer a huge variety of merchandise at great prices and with a highly trained staff. Employees would not only be able to sell, but they would also be able to walk customers at every skill level through most any home repair or improvement. With help from investment banker Ken Langone and merchandising guru Pat Farrah, Marcus and Blank opened the first two Home Depot stores in Atlanta the following year. The 60,000-square-foot warehouses dwarfed the competition with more items than any other hardware store. But the heart of Home Depot was the expertly trained floor associates who could teach customers how to handle a power tool, change a fill valve or lay tile. It wasn’t enough to sell or even tell — associates also had to be able to show. Soon, The Home Depot began offering DIY clinics, customer workshops and one-on-one sessions with customers.Marcus and Blank implemented a customer “bill of rights,” which stated that customers should always expect the best assortment, quantity and price, as well as the help of a trained sales associate, when they visit a Home Depot store. These commitments were an extension of the company’s “whatever it takes” philosophy. But that philosophy extended beyond the store walls. After The Home Depot went public in 1981, Marcus and Blank made a commitment to give back to the communities where their stores were located. Following through on that commitment, legions of Team Depot volunteers, backed by The Home Depot Foundation, work tirelessly on their own free time to help our nation’s veterans and communities across the country. From those two stores in Atlanta, Home Depot has grown to more than 2,200 stores in three countries, but in every store, our goal is the same: to earn our customers’ respect by offering the highest level of service, the broadest selection of products and the most competitive prices. As Marcus says in his and Blank’s book, “Built From Scratch,” “At the end of the day, we’re in the people business.””

“This location is great. The shelves were well stocked. I had multiple choices for the air purifiers I wanted. I was greeted when I walked in, and when I asked for assistance, I was helped with a smile and friendly customer service. As I walked through the building, several associates made eye contact and said hello. This will be the Lowe's location I will use. Thank you, Hanford Lowe's, for the fantastic customer service!”

“My experiences with Lowes Hanford have been mostly good. Most of the time Lowes employees are helpful and responsive. Their stock is easy to find and priced just about the same as their rival a few blocks away. Both sell the same quality of building materials at similar pricing. I rate Lowes equally to their nearby competition, although strengths differ. Example: As a commercial customer, Lowes discounts all of my purchases. Their competitor discounts only large quantity purchases to commercial buyers. Both have mostly positive, knowledgeable employees and low-level managers who should work best outside, away from customers.”

“I just have to give a positive review for a few employees. The first one is Jesse! I went to Home Depot on Sunday with my uncle & husband to get some wood for a project. Multiple employees ignored us & after asking a few for help, Jesse was just passing by & helped us very quickly & efficiently! He was very nice & helpful! Today, I had to go back for some more wood. We had a similar situation as Sunday, but this time we got help a little quicker. This time we had Gabe helping us out! He was also very nice & helpful. These guys are exemplary employees & I hope they get a raise (even if my opinion doesn't matter)”
