“I recently bought a dishwasher from Lowes and the customer service was deplorable. After Lowe’s missed my delivery window and then finally delivered but refused to install, I’d had it. I called Crossroads to finish the job. Mario was extremely accommodating, got me on their installation schedule within 36 hours, and all for less than half the price than Lowes was going to charge. Mario showed up on time, was a total professional and worked quickly. He even went out of his way to advise me on various installation options for no extra charge. I will never shop at Lowes again, but more importantly I will be going to Crossroads first the next time and every time I need anything appliance related.”

“Great store. Lots of products. Definitely geared towards contractors which is great. Inventory is off quite frequently. Small products could be organized better. Overall good quality and great return policy. Pro rewards are a must to keep track of purchases. Definitely better than Lowes app.Bernie Marcus and Arthur Blank dreamed up The Home Depot from a coffee shop in Los Angeles in 1978. Avid DIYers, they envisioned a superstore that would offer a huge variety of merchandise at great prices and with a highly trained staff. Employees would not only be able to sell, but they would also be able to walk customers at every skill level through most any home repair or improvement. With help from investment banker Ken Langone and merchandising guru Pat Farrah, Marcus and Blank opened the first two Home Depot stores in Atlanta the following year. The 60,000-square-foot warehouses dwarfed the competition with more items than any other hardware store. But the heart of Home Depot was the expertly trained floor associates who could teach customers how to handle a power tool, change a fill valve or lay tile. It wasn’t enough to sell or even tell — associates also had to be able to show. Soon, The Home Depot began offering DIY clinics, customer workshops and one-on-one sessions with customers.Marcus and Blank implemented a customer “bill of rights,” which stated that customers should always expect the best assortment, quantity and price, as well as the help of a trained sales associate, when they visit a Home Depot store. These commitments were an extension of the company’s “whatever it takes” philosophy. But that philosophy extended beyond the store walls. After The Home Depot went public in 1981, Marcus and Blank made a commitment to give back to the communities where their stores were located. Following through on that commitment, legions of Team Depot volunteers, backed by The Home Depot Foundation, work tirelessly on their own free time to help our nation’s veterans and communities across the country. From those two stores in Atlanta, Home Depot has grown to more than 2,200 stores in three countries, but in every store, our goal is the same: to earn our customers’ respect by offering the highest level of service, the broadest selection of products and the most competitive prices. As Marcus says in his and Blank’s book, “Built From Scratch,” “At the end of the day, we’re in the people business.””

“Nick, Matt, and the rest of the guys (not to mention PeeDee) are great: they're knowledgeable and helpful. MSI is a great local source for commercial and industrial electrical materials. They're a CED Square D store, but can get CH, GE, ITE, etc from other CEDs. It's great to have a resource in Hanford that's not the Stupid Place.”

“I had issue with my refrigerator since last month, took my home insurance company a couple of vendors to visit my house and figure out what was going on from fix it appliance to A&R appliance which did not figure out not until I met this guys. They were very quick and figured out the problem of my unit and patiently deal with my frustrations and concerns. Excellent customer service and communication despite the challenges of fixing my refrigerator and was able to get my refrigerator back to its shape from ice maker to the frezzer. I would highly recommend this company for any household appliance issue. I hope that they will maintain and continue the excellent service that they just gave to me. Thank you JMA!!”

“I just have to give a positive review for a few employees. The first one is Jesse! I went to Home Depot on Sunday with my uncle & husband to get some wood for a project. Multiple employees ignored us & after asking a few for help, Jesse was just passing by & helped us very quickly & efficiently! He was very nice & helpful! Today, I had to go back for some more wood. We had a similar situation as Sunday, but this time we got help a little quicker. This time we had Gabe helping us out! He was also very nice & helpful. These guys are exemplary employees & I hope they get a raise (even if my opinion doesn't matter)”
