Jane was our tax preparer for 10 years and she did an amazing job taking care us. We were told she quit, so we were helped by her son Jessie. He is the complete opposite. I am truly disappointed! I will not be a returning client for sure!!!

Worst experience ever with Diana champ ! On Dec 30th we summited my spouses income to try to qualify for an advance and she asked where mine was because I have 5 kids and I should be working too! So rude and unprofessional thankfully Jessie fixed everything for us today and gave us the best experience we had!

Literally the worst experience I've ever had with any taxes service. I regret not waiting in line at H&R block. My tax preparer was Jane Romero Lopez and she was extremely unprofessional. She had her boyfriend bringing her lunch and she was gossiping with her sister the entire time. She made several mistakes probably from being distracted talking the entire time. I still have NOT received my tax return mind you I filed with her back in MARCH 2020. I've been emailing back and forth with management. Don't ever go here!!! Horrific experience.
