Alright I am giving 5 stars for service, atmosphere, and price to quality food. It's a bang for the buck place. Ain't the best food but it hits the spot and fills you up for cheap. Gove it a try!

Here is a copy of a letter that I send to customer service. Subject: Urgent Matter Regarding Disturbing Health Practices at Little Caesar'sDear Little Caesar's Customer Service Team,I am writing to address a deeply concerning incident I recently witnessed at one of your establishments that compels me to seek immediate attention and resolution.On Aug 29th 2023, I visited the Little Caesar's location at 1854 W Lacey Blvd in Hanford, and I was disgusted and shocked to witness a highly disturbing health and hygiene practice. I observed an employee accept returned food from a dissatisfied customer that walking into the store and then proceed to serve the same food to the next customer in line . This incident is not only unsanitary but also poses a significant health risk to customers.As a former loyal customer of Little Caesar's, I have always appreciated the quality of your products and the service provided. However, this incident has deeply shaken my confidence in the hygiene standards maintained by your establishment. It is disheartening to think that such practices could occur at a reputable chain like Little Caesar's.I kindly request that a district or regional manager contact me at their earliest convenience. I believe it is crucial to discuss this matter further and explore the steps that will be taken to address and rectify the situation. Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer safety should always be a top priority, and I am hopeful that this incident can be addressed promptly.I sincerely hope that this issue can be resolved to the benefit of all customers and the reputation of Little Caesar's. Hello. I am a person - who would prefer to remain anonymous - that worked at this establishment for a lengthy period of time. I would highly advise against ANYONE ordering food from this particular Little Caesars.For one, I would regularly spot roaches in our kitchen, which when pointed out, would be treated as an obvious fact that should be ignored rather than confronted.Additionally, the oven is clearly old, outdated, and hardly ever cleaned. It was routine for the oven to drop rusted metal scraps while running, which sometimes ended up on top of pizzas, wings or bread. When this was brought up to managers, it was treated similarly to the roach problem. They knew it was happening, but as long as the customers were oblivious, they didn't care! Fantastic.There was always a distinctive sense of anxiety that filled the air when the health inspector would visit the building. While the health inspector never found anything wrong with the way the business was being run, the pre-inspection routine the staff were put through, as well as the obvious sense of guilt when the inspector was present was enough of an admission to guilt as I needed to conclude that this place was disgusting.That being said, the work environment was toxic as well, which wouldn't necessarily effect the quality of a consumers experience, but not something I could support knowingly. The quality control and environment at the other Little Ceasars in Hanford is far superior, and even if it costs extra gas money to get there, you'll thank yourself for doing so. Chances are, you'll get higher quality food and wait half the time for it.Don't make any mistakes, go to the other Little Caesars!

I tried to place an order for take out 25-30 mins before closing and they told me I couldn’t. That I could only take what they had made, that custom orders are closed. I tried to order online before coming in but their system wasn’t working.

I put this order online. Not sure what happen today but my order was to be done by 6:58. Got here at 7:03 and by the looks of it they didn't even start. To make things worst the giggled about it like it was funny the forgot. At 7:10 they started making my pizza. Looks like clowns are back there making pizza. Not sure the person running shift is the guy for the job. Just saying. And you put the nail in the coffin I got a notification saying that it was ready. But my surprise it was not.
