This guy is a real pice of work. He displays my friends late sons car that he died in out front of his business. She has asked him if he could possibly move it as she drives by and sees it often. She is now purchasing the car for $1000 so she can have it crushed (because that's what it needs) so so she can have it out of site. Why can't he have compassion and just move the car out of sight?!? he's a real piece of work and no one should do business with him.

If I could leave zero stars I would. First off they left my passenger window down and my car was ransacked filled with dust and debris. They tried to blame it on tweakers. I incurred extra day fee because the woman (the only person who works in the office) had a Doctors appointment. I was also bait and switch scammed for a lien fee of $70 that was not mentioned when asked for the total over the phone. Dogs with visible diseases are running loose on property. Absolutely no ADA accommodations. Deplorable office and workplace conditions. Dumbfounded that they are actually a legit company called on by CPH. Should not be used for nothing than a junk yard for abandoned vehicles.

Got locked out my car at a car wash on a Sunday came fairly quickly less than 30 minutes and only charged $50 bucks were quick and got the job done

Towed my dads car about a month ago, he got to our location in a timely manner even with dense fog outside. He takes his time and made sure that all his equipment was set up so he could properly tow the car. Charged a fair price for the work that he did and got our car home safely. Would definitely recommend to others and I would definitely use his services again.

recently had my sisters car towed to my house because of a fuel pump issue . when the truck arrived and unloaded her car I noticed that they had punctured a hole in the oil pan . after takling to the tow truck driver and taking pictures i contacted them immediately about the issue. I was told that it would be taken car of and they would contact me to let me know what the plan was . it has now been a week and still nothing . I contacted them and was told that due to there age they tend to forget . I asked if they plan to put it through there insurance and there response was " No! that is rediculous! " . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I PLAN TO CONTACT THE B.B.B .! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Lady that answered the phone was rude as hell from the first sentence. They need someone else fielding their calls. Can’t imagine how much business they lose just from that old lady being abrasive.

Had our truck stuck in the mud to the frame. Called Mel's to get winched out. They arrived in a timely manner, only charged $40, and had friendly service from beginning to end. Would absolutely use them again.

I manage 3 sets of apartments and on one property there was an abandoned car spoke to the sweetest lady on the phone she was very polite assured me it would be taken care of the next morning and after speaking to a hand ful of tow companies mel's towing was the only one that came through i would recommend and use them again.

I wish I had known better than to tell the officer I had no preference as to who towed my wife car. As it should be, I worried more about her then the car. But when I showed up at the junk yard I was treated like junk and they refused to let the insurance adjuster into the lot because (get this) I did not have the registration on me. We took it out with all the other glove box stuff. Now had I known I would have left it in the glove box. Now the adjuster needed to go on to another appointment and will not be back until next week! Don't go to Mel's. Don't use them! You will be sorry!

They did the same to me they didn't let me get my stuff from my car I lost my kids Xmas presents they told me they couldn't help me because it was xmas and they had to go home with there fam so my kids didnt get nothing thanks to them I won't recommend this towing to no one they get over on ppl
