Seriously nothing is more off putting than walking into your new cold lobby and being faced with a line of computers, uncomfortable chairs all facing a wall and a digitally locked door. No receptionist with a smile of a simple how’s your day. What r u ppl thinking. It’s certainly not about your clients.

Being able to make an appointment online and then sign in on my phone when I was there was very convenient.

Celia did an excellent job of taking my blood. Other phlebotomists and nurses have trouble finding a good vein. I had one surgery experience where it took 10 tries with 3 different people to finally get a good vein.

Although the wait time was longer than usual, the waiting area was clean and cool, making the wait tolerable. Then the staff were excellent and courteous. Finally, I appreciate the automated systems actually working as designed. Everything from the task of making an appointment to signing in was seamless.

When arriving the lobby was full. They don't have a guest window for help or question. You check in at the kiosk. I understand it's saving the company money not having a service window. I prefer adventist for all Labs. My insurance changed and quest was the only option. My son (age 3) needed lab work. The lady that called us back let us know the steps before starting the blood draw. She explained how to hold my son correctly for the draw. She started checking my sons arm. She was having a hard time finding the vain in his arm. I already was having a bad feeling about her drawing. She picked his left arm. She prepared the arm for the needle. She did great with the 1st tub of blood. When she went to fill the 2nd she lost the vain. She was moving the needle in my sons arm. My son was crying in pain. She didn't bother to stop. I was disappointed in the patient service she gave my son. I would never recommend them for child Labs. Save your time and child from pain.

I have a real fear of needles. In the past and at another facility, I've had blood drawn and the technicians would always say that the type of veins I have are considered, deep and difficult to find. Needless to say, I've had many difficulties with other labs.
This has NEVER been the case with Quest. The staff is understanding, professional and highly skilled. I have never had any problems. I still get pretty nervous, but their technique is safe, secure and painless.
I have complete confidence with the staff at Quest!

It was very easy to check in . My waite time was quick. I checked in about 8 minn later I was in the back. Very nice lady did my blood samples.

Wait time with an appointment is acceptable. Personability of technician was very refreshing. Friendliness and genuine concern for my well being was appreciated.
