Hanford Mall is a nice and organized place to go shopping, get lunch, and watch a movie. It is generally clean with many stores, and some find it great for always finding what they are looking for. However, it is not as good as it used to be, with many places closed down and a lot of empty spaces, making it feel a bit bare. The food court is described as super weird with random eateries, and it often lacks people except at anchor stores like JCPenney, Ross, and Kohl's. While the bathrooms are usually clean, issues like dirty food court tables and a non-working AC are noted. During holidays it can be super busy without feeling crowded, but some feel it is not fully worth the visit.
We needed to cash in an old cell phone for cash. The machine didnt end up working. So we had to go to Walmart and use the machine there.

Very small mall, it has more of an indoor swap meet feel to it. It is sad because so many malls across the US are like this. They still have e a cinema which is nice and a few shoe stores.
