I went in for the Tuesday gift. The associate would not give them until I showed my identification, she created a T-Mobile I.d. for me which I did not consent to and then made me give her a one time pin just to get into my account and try to upsell me on things I did not need nor want. She still would not give them to me even after I said I was not interested in what she was trying to sell me. She then went to the back and never came back until I asked a different associate what was going on. This whole process took 20 mins for no reason. Nowhere in the terms does it say I have to do any of that to receive the gifts when my phone clearly had the T-Mobile tuesday app that verifies I have an account. Very shady on her part to get into my account without telling me.

Alex was very helpful and answered all of my questions when selecting a new phone. I was able to leave the store a happy customer with my new phone and a smile on my face. I will definitely be returning to this store when it is time to upgrade my cellphone!

This location is filled with the absolute most incompetent individuals I’ve ever seen running a business. The customer service at this location is by far the worst I’ve seen in all my years in retail. It’s an absolute shame to see that these employees were so unprofessional with multiple visitors even to the point of making fun of an elderly ladies accent. They will make you wait extended periods of time and not even look in your direction or acknowledge you. They will be out of stock on everything, they will charge you for unnecessary items and in the end they will take their sweet time looking and texting on their phone overall poor customer service and very unprofessional individuals working, even had one say “we’re not corporate, we work for a third party, to me that just very tacky and bad for business. I’m happy with Verizon now and they even promo my rate because of how bad T-Mobile is, Trust me when I say don’t go to this store….. also saw some concerning things in regards to personal privacy and protection, one girl was throwing documents into regular trash that contained sensitive personal information, just something I noticed from being in that industry for so long…

I went in with my son to upgrade his phone and the rep named Angela was very nice and she was able to complete the transaction in a timely manner.

Called to check stock of a new phone, was told they had it. Drove all the way from Visalia to get it, when I got there they said it was an order for another customer but if I "did them a favor" and bought the home Internet so they could get commission they'd tell the other customer it didn't come in yet and let me have that one. Avoid this place, they'll apparently just sell your phone to someone else for a favor.

Disappointed 1st tomorrow went to Disappointed 1st went to pay my bill Staff Membrane was not helpful! Keep me waiting for about 40 minutes I had to walkout and decided to play my bill over the phone !need to improve the service!?

The low rating on this store has been earned through constant commitment to being rude to customers. The manager of this store gets off on it, and alienates T-Mobile customers like it's her job. Sadly this store is the only game in town for hanford, but I I'd sooner drive to Visalia than come back here after what I witnessed. AVOID.
