I had problems with video pixelation on my 4k box. Xfinity sent a technician to troubleshoot, made a bunch of changes and ordered a new box shipped to me at no charge. The box arrived and was the wrong equipment. I took the wrong equipment to the Xfinity store and they ordered the correct equipment. I was charged for shipping and handling for Xfinitys mistake when the correct equipment arrived. I went to Xfinity and complained about this and was told I would have a bill credit on my next bill. I did not get the bill credit, my bill actually went up by $38! All this and still experiencing pixelation and frozen video! Very disappointed!

Have had ongoing issues with our Internet for months. The last tech that came out recommended we replace our modem, but also suggested buying outright rather than "renting" it from Comcast.So we did. The issues continued. The tech also said calling or using the app is a waste of time and the best way to get a tech to come out is to go to an actual store and make an appointment there. So today I spent time and gas driving out to the store in hanford. Initially a kid named Jose tried to "help". He had an incredibly arrogant attitude, essentially told me my service problems were my fault because we bought equipment instead of renting...even though the modem we purchased is literally recommended by Xfinity on the Xfinity website. When I tried to explain the ongoing problems and what the tech said, he dismissively replied "I dunno about all that". Like...no kidding. Of course you don't. That's why I'm here - to tell you about it. When I asked to speak with a manager he acted like it was all a big joke. When the manager Brandon came out, he told me that they couldn't even schedule an appointment because the system was down, and that I would need to do it through the app. Meanwhile Jose just stood there smirking, like a bug-eyed freak. Seriously, how this kid even has teeth left in his mouth is a mystery to me. So as an Xfinity customer your choices are either call and speak to someone who barely understands English, or go to a physical store and deal with rude, inept employees.Good luck.EDIT: I asked for the number for the district manager. The in store manager "Brandon" gave me a number...that he apparently made up. The person who answered informed me they are NOT employed by Xfinity, nor have the ever been. More stellar service from Xfinity employees.

This company is a joke!! Not recommended. Always charging you extra, I’m always fighting with them. Set up appointment for tech to come out and he never showed up at the scheduled time. No call to let me know a time frame. I’m done!! Canceled all my services including phone with this clown of company. Stay away!!

Customer service is not existent over the phone send you. Overseas cannot help you request local store internet service on phone is terrible.

Stopped by to reactivate my account using my old phone after my current phone got stolen. Was helped immediately by Eddie before I even got through the door. Eddie has outstanding customer service and was very personable. Very accommodating to my situation and made sure I was fully setup. I don't ever write reviews but Eddie did an outstanding job at troubleshooting my issues with my old phone (wasn't originally on Xfinity network) and getting me reconnected that he deserves the recognition. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

Got a phone and internet and thought I was getting a great deal. Later I got charged many fees that could have easily been avoided had the employees at this location done their job. Many times when I've tried to setup a plan they were very vague and didn't give me proper information. I was told two different things when talking to two different employees. One girl was also texting on her phone while helping us so everything took much longer. Be careful because everything has hidden contracts and they will charge you EVERYTHING. I had a 280 charge on my phone bill alone for one month. Can't wait to get out of this contract.

Stop by to ask for information on their plans and I am impressed with the professionalism of the representative that attended us. I would say that the only reason I did not gave 5 stars is because the stock items are very limited compared to what I've seen in different Xfinity stores.

I’m a new customer and had a problems with the line. When I called customer service they keep me on the phone for half an hour and never solved the problem.
