“This is one of the very best branches . I go out of my way to come here . My office is in Brentwood, we live in marina Del Rey and I come to Manhattan beach because of the exceptional service. I came in today and was greeted by not one person , but two beautiful young ladies at the front entrance. Today my teller was Gloria . I asked if Alex was available but he was assisting another customer . I told her he spoiled us with outstanding service the last 2 times we were here . Gloria said she would be more than happy to help us . She was amazing . She was very warm and friendly and very patient with us . She recommended a special program that would offer me a much higher interest rate. I was very impressed. Gloria was simply amazing . The management is doing a great job in providing outstanding service to all of their clients. We got a chance to say hello to Alex who is awesome ! We hard time to call customer services on phone. Brian's did all the issues we had with Merchant Machine. Brain given us a very clear instructions.
The last twenty years we had so many issues other former Merchant credit companies with them. Mostly they refused text us only on phone.
We 100 percent hearing losses. We both texted Brian 24/7 many times. He always replying us fast!!!!
