Janiva was one of the most rude people I have ever met in my life. She wears a sales rep name tag but claims to be the manager and I came in to ask a question about my phone and in response she demanded to hold my phone and I kindly responded that I prefer to show her my phone while I held it and when I kindly expressed this she demanded that I get out of the store or she would be calling the cops. None of their phones come unlocked, and cannot be unlocked until at least half a year after purchase and you have to pay really high monthly prices

Jose was very efficient at trying to fix my charging problem without pushing me to buy another phone. I did have to buy another phone after his attemps failed. The phone was shot. He was very nice and professional, highly recommend going to this metro store

Amazing customer service! I went in because my phone was not working and this amazing representative Genesis helped me get an amazing deal on a phone. She was very patient and helpful. Explained all the promotions available and even got me a better plan. Thank you!!! 10/10 experience!

My experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Leslie was the one who attended me and she was incredible.

You'd think that after being a great customer they would have sold me a phone that would work just like all the other phones I have bought there.but this phone has been a big problem it has no network or internet.I can never get any thing I want! I HATE METRO NOW BUT I HAVE A FAMILY PLAN 4 LINES AND A TABLT.
