Bought new tires and they did not balance tires correctly. Had to pay to get it done right at a tire shop. Do not recommend getting any work done here. Also the associates lack communication skills and professionalism.

Guys please don’t fall for these phony tactics of asking for email address and details. It’s just a gimmick. After sharing the details , I never got a call from these guys. Not even a response to the email. And surprisingly the tires which pepboys said can’t be patched, dealership offer to patch it or replace it if there’s any issue in future. Don’t fall for these guys lies. Make sure to consult other places too before dropping $500 on brand new ties. If this review helps at least on person, I’d be grateful.
Please do not go to this ever again. They over charge you for basic services. I came here for oil change and they told me I have nails in both rear tires. I specifically told them one of the tires was already replaced and there’s warranty and the dealership where I got it replaced from said they’ll give a new tire if it can’t be patched. Guys here threatened to get it here or it might cause serious damage. They lied that if in case the situation like this arises I can claim the warranty from Pepboys. As dealership doesn’t have appointment available for at least couple of days so went and replaced two tires even though I could’ve got one replaced for free. After the tire got replaced during the billing another cashier mentioned that the nails won’t be covered and I have to get a new tire in similar situation arise. That felt like a punch in the gut and said they cannot do any refunds and asked me to talk to manager. I tried calling their corporate number and they never answered the call after hours of waiting. $550 down the drain. They cheat you and lie on your face. Please don’t ever go there.
Oh yeah, they have oil change coupons on their website all the time but they try to charge you extra $20.that the regular price.

Good service. Fast. In and out. No problems. A bit pricey but that is expected in this economy. I didn’t get the sticker in the corner of the windshield to remind when the next oil change is due is my only complaint.

Found a coupon for $50 off brake service. Advertised at $130 + tax per axle ... made an appointment for 1 PM Sunday. I showed up promptly at 1 PM & was told to come back at 2:30 because the mechanic was on lunch. When I came back at 2:30, I was told oh yeah the website is very misleading and was given a price of $541 per axle. Needless to say I walked right back out. So many things to be upset about here but also-- why have the appointment time if you don't intend to keep it? You had someone with bad brakes not only drive up there for no reason once, but twice… Honestly, I'm not sure how they are still in business if this is how they operate. Unfortunate because the guy on my visit was pretty nice.

Brought in my vehicle for an oil change and new tires. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for its oil change and maintenance and tires when I need them again. Special thanks again to Darnell and his awesome team.
