It's a small store and every time I go there's hardly anyone there so the wait time is very minimal. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of my phone.

Dan is truly an awesome asset to T-Mobile. He gives excellent customer service and he doesn't waste any time. Dan is ultra knowledgeable and helpful. I've had the pleasure 3 times of being helped by him when I had problems with my phone and also when I upgraded my phone. He patiently explained everything to me and showed me what I needed to do. This man should be a regional manager or above. I tell anyone who mentions they need to go into to T-Mobile for something to ask for Dan. It's always a pleasant and fruitful experience with him.

I had a problem with my bill. Victor at this store said my plan had changed but since this store did not change my plan there was nothing he would do. I explained that I did not change my plan but if it changed someone at TMobile must have changed it.

I visited this location last Tuesday August 1, to ask about a portable hot spot to use at home and Hans Martinez recommended me the home Internet box service you have now. He was very helpful and nice. Great customer service. We didn't know he was the manager until he mention it. Great service in this location!!

Was very disappointed when visited this store. Was told I could not participate in the trade in your phone promotion. I had canceled a line in February or March because sadly my mother in law passed away and she was on our plan. Because I canceled her line which obviously wasn't going to be used. They said I couldn't participate in the trade in. I think there should be exceptions especially since we have been a customer for many years.

Dan is the man. He helped me out when I needed a new phone, got me exactly what I wanted, and helped put the screen protector on. Corporate: please give this guy a raise! He was great!

Great. I was able to order the Galaxy S23 Ultra. With the free memory upgrade from 256GB to 512GB. With bo hassle. Im not a fan of the new $35 charge per device they started to add back in Dec 2022. I will update this in a few months. Current date Feb 4th 2023.
