Great customer service. Vanessa was very helpful, she answered all of my questions and concerns, she was knowledgeable about the type of storage unit I needed. I like that the have packing supplies at an affordable price. The unit was clean and ready to rent. The facility was clean as well. I would highly recommend this storage center. I did alot of price checks in the area and this us storage was priced reasonably.

I've rented a 20x30 unit here for the past 3 years and after covid they've gone up on the price three times. My unit is on the second floor so I have to take the service elevator, and although there are lights throughout the hallways, there is no lighting inside the units which really sucks with a unit as large as mine. I'm now looking for better and less expensive storage facility to move to.

Yes the customer service here is the worst I've ever had to deal with the lady is very rude and disrespectful she has been hostel for no reason " last time you were here after 7:00 they didn't charge you so you still owe us and if it happened again you're out how many other times other people have done it multiple times and yet they're not out, the rules don't apply the same to everybody it's her way or the highway I have a friend that has a storage facility here who is always after 7:00 here and he gets charged there after hours fee and he pays it as I have in the past as well but today her hostel attitude towards me was unprovoked and unprofessional and just wrong and rude , she demonstrates abuse of her power by making those threats to me I tend on contacting the DM of this property to further investigate her because I have paid my rent and I am a renter who does not deserve to be approached with that kind of attitude, she has taken out whatever issues she has going on with her for the day out on me who has not provoked her in any way to come at me like that

US Storage Centers is a fantastic storage facility that I had the pleasure of using recently. The experience was truly the best, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Vanessa. From the moment I walked in the door, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was incredibly patient with me as I tried to figure out which storage unit would be the best fit for my needs.Throughout the entire process, Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of. She was always available to answer my questions, and made sure that I had all the information I needed before making any decisions. I was impressed with her attention to detail and her willingness to work with me to find the right solution.Overall, my experience with US Storage Centers was exceptional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of storage solutions. This storage is super amazing. I was able to secure a unit within 30 minutes. Linda was super helpful. She offered me water, drove me around to several storage options. Sent lease to my email and I was on my way! Thanks ladies, you were awesome
