I LOVE the United States Postal Service. They keep going when almost nothing else does. And, did you know you can sign up for emails that let you know WHAT'S COMING in the mail? Amazing!

Hardly ever a line, easy parking either in the side lot or usually right in front. Good selection of stamps. A hidden gem! I don’t live in Harbor City or Lomita, but I purposefully go to this location for its ease.

DO NOT GO TO THE OLD RUSSIAN LADY. She does not understand English well. She also cannot correctly count stamps. The white dude, black and asian women are way more helpful.

The Harbor City Frampton USPS delivers your mail to wrong address constantly recently delivered my taxes to wrong unit my Social Security number and personal information could of been compromised. They also gave me someone’s across the street taxes W 2’s in my mail has to go put it on their door myself. They don’t care I been reporting problems with delivery issues for the last 6 years.

Just as fast as I walked in I walked out within minutes of being taken care of. I was dropping off several packages for a client , there was a no wait time. Plenty parking and street parking.

I have been to this post office a couple of times now. I have no personal experience with any of the workers here so, I can't say anything about the customer service. I've only dropped off prepaid packages.It has a parking lot and street parking, as well. In the front, there's convenient 15 minute parking in green, which is nice! I'm a fan of this location. My favorite thing is when you enter, it has automatic doors, which I think is super cool. I also like that it's semi-hidden. It's not on a busy street or a busy shopping center.

The sign says your lobby hours are open till 7 p.m., but I have stopped by several times around 6 p.m.. to drop off a pkg and the doors are already closed. Keep LOBBY doors open till 7 p.m. or change sign.Called this office several times (phone number not easy to locate) and tried to speak with someone about this and the phone just rings and rings, then hangs up. Been coming here for years. It's not the ideal post office, one of the female employees that works the counter always seems miserable and I've never seen her smile. The only reason I continue to go here is that they have the shortest lines.

I had to come to this location to pick up a package that should have been delivered. I called the post office because for some reason they marked it as not able to access the delivery location. The man I spoke said the postal worker didn’t want to leave the package on the mailbox. Clear as day on my pack it says “leave if no response” it’s not like the postal worker went to my door to deliver my package. They should have left it on top of the mailboxes . The package also had my unit number on it . If your not going to do your job probably, just don’t work at all .

By far the most incompetent clerk in the entire US Postal Service works here. She has proven her incompetence and rudeness on multiple occasions. She told us that we didn't have mail after vacation but our delivery person overheard her and got our mail. She has given us wrong price info more than once causing delays in our shipments. Other customers that know her avoid her window and we share our horror stories about her. Today was the last straw. With the high price of gas, I'm gonna have to drive to Torrance or Wilmington until she retires

Missing important mails more than 5 times in last couple months... And Without any response... How the local residents trust USPS??? Which department can report to these issues??? We need them to provide solutions!!!

They delivered a $400 package to another apartment complex and now they’re not responsible for it. Best advice use UPS or FedEx these people here make no effort and when they do they have attitude
