Regarding the pharmacy- 3/24/25 5:00pm
I came here in excruciating pain just three days post-tonsillectomy to pick up a crucial prescription. Not only did the staff initially deny me my medication by incorrectly claiming they didn’t accept my insurance, but when we offered to pay out-of-pocket, they still tried to refuse service—claiming they “don’t usually give prescriptions to people without insurance.” Since when is access to medicine dependent on insurance status?
It gets worse. The lead pharmacist Jansen Filio proceeded to question my boyfriend’s relationship to me (he’s older, but that is absolutely none of their business), even asking if he was my dad. Totally uncalled for, invasive, and frankly inappropriate. Then they tried to claim it was “suspicious” that my address wasn’t local—as if being in pain and staying with someone to recover is suspicious behavior?
This entire interaction was dehumanizing, judgmental, and negligent. If I hadn’t pushed back, I would’ve left without the pain medication I desperately needed after surgery. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially when they’re already suffering. Avoid this location if you can.

My recent visit to Walgreens was nothing short of frustrating, highlighting a serious need for customer service retraining among their staff. I went in specifically for a passport photo, expecting a straightforward process. Instead, I was met with a rude representative who seemed more interested in her impending departure than in helping customers. She bluntly informed me that she would be leaving in 15 minutes and had no idea who would take over the task, leaving me uncertain if my photo would even be ready the same day. This complete lack of communication and care for customer needs is unacceptable. It’s clear that the employees at this location need to understand that customer service is part of their job. Walgreens should seriously reconsider their training programs to ensure that customers are treated with the respect and attention they deserve. This experience was frustrating and left me questioning whether I would ever return.

If I could give a zero I would. This pharmacy is so incompetent. I am not able to get my medicine because they are closed on Sunday and Memorial day. I can't have it transferred to another Walgreens because they have it filled on their shelves. I'm going to be with out my medicine for 2 days which is very dangerous. Walgreens should be ashamed of their service they didn't provide . They don't care about their patients if they did, I would have been given an emergency supply until they get it released and transferred to another Walgreens.

A manager name Christina (latino girl) of course has a very bad attitude. Bad customer service and the way she talks to her team is bad. How can they have a manger here like her. She is really really bad

Creepy pharmacy. I went to get a flu shot, and they had me sit there and wait (no other customers), until some masked pharmacist came scurrying in. The other one left, said good night, but came back minutes later and went into a back room. Then the lady who already checked me in and asked all the "are you allergic to eggs" questions had me fill out a form asking me AGAIN. She then called me up and had me verify out loud in front of other customers, my name, address and phone. Then I finally got my "flu" shot. Creepy pharmacy. I don't recommend it for vaccines. A very dizzying experience--like they were doing something illegal.

This is a terrible horrible Walgreens I mean seriously. The employees that works there are mean, rude, inconsiderate, and racist. But the racist part is what I always go through in every store no matter what. But at this Walgreens there is this particular employee that just doesn't like me. And I am sure it has to be the color of my skin because I never see her treat any other customers as mean and rude like the way she treats me. Each and every time I come into that store it's almost as if she is uncomfortable with me being in there. Like because I am very observant and I pay attention to how relaxed she seems when I first walk in the store and she doesn't see me in there quite yet. She was all laughing it up with her co-workers and smiling and making jokes and everything. So she hadn't noticed that I was there yet but as soon as she did finally see me in the store her whole domineer changed. It was like she was committed to watching me like she was so sure that I was going to take something. So then finally once I've gotten all my items and I'm getting in line to pay. It was like she calmed down because now I will be leaving so now it just seemed like she felt better seeing that soon I will be gone. So I get to the register and of course she's the one who has to ring up my items. So once I've paid for my items and usually well sometimes while you are completing your transaction the thing sometimes gives you the option of paying for a bag on the machine. But it didn't do that this time so I asked my nemesis for a bag. And she goes 10 cents, mind you I have these freezing cold drinks and I have more than one. On top of that they are in cans plus it is night time and it's cold outside. So I figured just out of common courtesy and just having good work ethic that she would have seen that that would be a bit of a problem for me so most good people just out of consideration would have just given me the bag before I had even asked. Because they would've noticed that it would be a little uncomfortable for the customer to have to carry several freezing cold cans just by hand. But nope not this employee I begged her for a bag because another thing was I had broke my wrist. So I knew I was going to have a very hard time trying to carry all these cans to my car. Can you believe that this very hateful employee refused to give me a bag so that I wouldn't have to struggle and hurt my injured wrist even more trying to carry several freezing cans in my hands. All because I didn't have the 10 cents right then and there. I even asked her if she would just let me have the bag now until I get to my car and then I can get you your 10 cents. But nope she wouldn't do it then she had the audacity to tell me that I wasn't allowed back in the store. Because I had to share a few words with her for treating me so badly when I had done nothing wrong in fact I was just a paying customer that she chose to make feel like a criminal the whole time I was in there. Then on top of that having been subjected to injuring myself further because that employee refused to give me a bag even though she recognized that I needed it after purchasing items in the store that she works in. If it wasn't for the customers the employees wouldn't even be able to get paid. So how dare she treat a paying customer so bad they need to fire that employee

No surprise 1 star if that.. went today to get a passport photo for myself and my son at 6pm .. The lady their tells me to come back in a hour at 7 or before 8 so i said cool . Came back at 7pm and the lady is not their so i rang the button and another lady came and i told her another lady told me to come back. So this lady said well "Im too busy right now cleaning i cant do it" and just gave me that look then she says i can do it but you have to come back tomorrow to get the photo.. walgreens you close at 10 right? No service at all why the hell would i even wanna come back.. when the sign says picture in 5 minutes .. Aint that hard to take a photo and push the print button. And fill out a little form.. but i get it you too busy to help your neighborhood customer.. cool im out.
