Little gem on the lake Very nice and feet stay casino is nice clean the bar is fun and the service all around was very good staff, bar, hotel service was very good I will be back soon Thanks

Extremely strict , security is out of line thinking they are police , no loud music , they don't tell you to turn down music they say shut it off completely, nothing is around here at all except the casino that is extremely small (not worth it) , power outlets are bad to hook up trailers and no toilet paper (do not recommend) security gets upset if you hang out outside after hours . Do not come here if you wanna hang out and party woth friends and family and have a few drinks

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! Our lake view room was clean and great sunrise views. The girls from housekeeping so nice. The resort check in staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Tukukan restaurant was seriously so good. We dined breakfast, lunch and dinner and our meals were spot on, 10/10! We even had Archie their room service robot deliver dinner to our room both nights and that was such a unique experience! i became best friends with a robot lol! Resturaunt and bar staff were so friendly & amazing! We caught the ferry to and from to Arizona side 4 times and each time the crew were so helpful and kind. It is hard times so with short staff you just have to go in with an understanding heart. But I must say my husband and I were very satisfied with our stay. We will 100% return and we so look forward to it!! Thank you Havasu Landing staff and restaurant for such an amazing weekend stay! Completely above our expectations!

The rooms were pretty basic in regards hotel rooms. No special amenities for the price. Staff upon check-in were helpful and courteous. A cash deposit was placed on the room and my booking was procured through priceline. Upon checkout the hostess informed me that I owed them $165 and would not be receiving my deposit back. As I tried to inform her that the room was booked through priceline and already paid for she continuously interrupted me, never allowing me to speak. She was smug in demeanor and very rude. When asked to speak to a manager she told me no and called security. Once security arrived I informed them of the situation and they were respectful enough to inform me the manager would not be in until noon. Security then helped me locate the manager for the casino portion of the resort. The managers on the casino side informed me to contact priceline, which I did. Priceline provided me with two verification codes and a pin for the resort. I contacted the hotel and was greeted by the same rude Hostess from earlier. I informed her that I had two verification codes and a pin from priceline. She refused saying priceline had to contact her directly, which I informed her they wouldn't and said the information provided to me would be everything I needed. I asked to speak to the manager, due to it being afternoon and she told me he wasn't in. I asked when he would be and she said neither would be until Monday. This was Saturday. They were informed before hand that I am from Michigan and would be leaving Sunday. I informed her that I payed priceline and booked through them because I have booked through them numerous times and know that priceline rents a block of rooms and I pay priceline and they pay the hotel. Even though they have the contract with priceline and it is up to them to collect their money from priceline she would not contact priceline. She said I had to pay the $165 to them. This is not how that works. All in all I will never visit visit their establishment again. I understand they want their money but to be rude and discourtious to an individual who is relying on their deposit to return home is uncalled for. If you are thinking of traveling to Lake Havasu City Arizona I would NOT entertain the thought of visiting this establishment. Rude staff ferry wasn’t working waited hours staff wasn’t even apologetic or offering a free lunch room anything they don’t give a flying you know what about the customers don’t stay here I’ll never be back!

This is a great place to have lunch and do a little gambling. We are on our way to enjoy a day of it for our birthday weekend. The first time there we won $1200 and only dropped $20 so it was a win win!

Food was delicious! Our waitress Amber was amazing it was her second day. The GM however was yelling at the waitress for a mess up. It shouldn't have been handled were guests could see him flailing his hands in her face. Truly disappointing, he came around the corner shaking his head like he was having a bad day. Very embarrassing. Can't imagine keeping employees treating them like that.

I have actually witnessed extremely unprofessional behavior to another guest . A younger male named jalen L. Yelling at a younger male and female to close out a machine and physically shoving the male to the cash out. The male expressed he had 3 dollars in tbr machine and it was at least 25 minutes before closing . I have gambled all through the United States and never seen an employee touch another's machine , especially so far before closing . I really hope this situations gets handled , as all tbe other staff is extremely helpful . Many people witnessed and are extremely disappointed
