I live in Hawaiian Gardens and I feel I feel I've been discriminated on by the store manager Jesse who works at the Hawaiian Gardens location of CBS every time I enter the store I feel like I have to be from the gang at CVS I'm not a gang member but I don't think that people anybody in streets especially in stores to be treated this way if maybe he should be retrained or maybe he should be transferred to another another city which I'm trying to get my medication and it seems like he blocked my phone it seems like he's the operator for CVS sometimes and of course you want to work with your best friend that's not really a good management skill to have. It was also very inconvenient that the pharmacies girlfriend was going to be is a person to pick up the phone when I call Lakewood Sheriff to report to the heck that they put on my phone if you could please do something about this discrimination it's making me blind it's hard for me to see now if you have any questions you can contact me by Facebook my name is c r i s t o v a l thank you for your time and have a nice day I feel they should get no stars and let's remember that anything less than a five-star is a fireable offense isn't the first time you've done that they've been discriminated upon my auntie when she was walking in there one time and the way they treated us very badly please please we're trying to get the bat out of my neighborhood so if you could please help us the city of Hawaiian Gardens would really really appreciate it thank you have a nice day. I'm a young lady, but I always feel uncomfortable shopping here because the "security" guard is also following me and harassing me around the store while I'm trying to shop. I spend money here and a good customer. but don't feel comfortable shopping here anymore. I asked why he was following me and he said its because I look like his sister which didn't make sense to me. Even while trying to walk out the store I see his reflection staring at my butt. This guy not doing his job and just being a pervert.

I've never really had an issue here , everyone is usually polite, but this cashier Nora she seemed frustrated , rude , unprofessional poor customer service .

I've gotta show CVS Pharmacy a little appreciation. I always do the email surveys they send. So time for a YELP shout out! They've been my local pharmacy for years now. Everyone is always helpful, kind, respectful and courteous! They get ya know by name. A few have been there a long time. They've got a good team over there. I use the CVS app and text notifications. If you don't you should. Very convenient to refill prescriptions and receive notification when they're ready. I receive emails as well. You get coupons via email, text and on the app. I love to rock my CVS coupons. My last visit over the weekend I save a lil over $50 with store sale items already on sale plus coupons .... including those extra bucks. I love me so CVS

Worst customer service PHARMACY don't care about patients and customers they will leave you on the phone waiting for days or months before they can help you. I'm Taking my prescription to Walgreens!!!! CVS needs to improve customer service

I want to give credit and appreciation when it's due and yesterday when I went in to CVS the young lady that checked me out deserves recognition. She was very helpful and polite. I had two separate transactions and asked if I'd like to use the receipt coupon for the second transaction which never used before. She saved me some money and made me feel like my business was appreciated. In the past I haven't been too impressed with the customer service but she was able to bring my confidence back up in a store that I frequent often. Great job!

Staff was very unprofessional and shady. I called at 1:50 and was told by Lidia cashier an item was 1.99 . I went down to purchase at 2:00 and they charge me 4.99 and said it was the managers price . Hilda Murillo customer service rep stated she was the supervisor in charge after me asking for a supervisor however her name tag stated customer service rep. Which is unprofessional. Hilda stated she received a email from her supervisor which she didn't give me any names after asking 3 times . Cashier Lidia refused to give me her name . Then another employee ran to the back and made a new labels for a new price . Others customers were upset as well. I will be calling cooperate to find out why this store is the only store with higher prices

Just wana say Mr. Godwin who is the Pharmacy supervisor and his staff are always professional and friendly. Him and his team are very knowledgeable and ready to assist in any way. Also pharmacy always has my medication in stock and available. I've been to other CVS pharmacy and they do not compare to this one here. Wana give a big KUDOS to Mr. Godwin and his team! :)

I will NEVER patronize this CVS and will also be filing a formal complaint against one of their pharmacists as soon as I can. I'm desperately trying to get a prescription filled for my son, and this man has refused to order it for him simply because I haven't had a prescription filled at that location before. Although I usually send my family's prescriptions to a different CVS in the area, I've never had this prescription filled anywhere, so it shouldn't matter that I haven't had a prescription filled at this location since it would be considered a new prescription at any location.

So the website seems pretty good when you look for an item, gives you direction to what store you can go and find what you need.but then reality happens I when to a store that it was supposed to have the product I wa looking for and they said no we do not have that item, so I call to this store and I asked if the same product was available the lady on the phone said no we don’t have it. So I said your website says you do. I said to her you should update website.. they don’t answer very disappointing.. misleading information makes no to trust them anymore..
