Five Star Express Car Wash is a respectable establishment offering a great drive-thru wash. Customers recommend the unlimited monthly plan for savings. The business sells rags on site for finishing touches and provides an air hose for tight spots. However, some reviews note inconsistent service, including cars not being dried and staff with bad attitudes. Customer service experiences vary, with some encounters described as poor. The vacuum area is noted as being shady. Overall, it is a place where customers can spend what they want for a decent wash.
