“I was looking for a colon cleanser The guy sold it to me great customer service and boy when I tell you you better have some toilet paper in that stuff works clean your whole gut out parasites and everything”
“UPDATE***
After speaking with WNC I had definitely had to update this review. I just want to say the professionalism and understanding they showed after speaking with them is top notch. They definitely took care of my concerns and made me feel valued as a loyal customer and I’m happy to say they definitely did not lose my business and I’ll continue to shop and support WNC!
I’ve been going to WNC for years because they have the best supplements and pricing. This review is strictly on the customer service ( or lack of) I recently experienced. I came in to get a few things and they had just got their shipment in. I told the guy I didn’t mind waiting and he told me it would be over an hour and he could call me when it was ready. I informed him that this has happened in the past and he said the same thing and I never received a phone call. Instead of apologizing of trying to make any effort in assisting me he said “Well it’s going to be the same thing.” If that’s the case he clearly has no intention of calling me. I’ve been loyal to this location, but since the staffing here has changed it just has not been the same.”
“WNC is by far my favorite place to shop for my supps! Rolo always helps me get the best stacks possible for my goals. I always leave knowing and trusting the products I am buying. Anyone looking for supps I highly recommend!”
“I love this location they have alot more variety than other MTC or wic approved shops that I have stopped by. All their staff is very friendly and quickly help customers check out and load items into car.”
“Hasuni is one of the kindest and most caring humans. He goes above and beyond to help and meet your needs.
It’s always a pleasure to stop by for a snack or a chat!”
“This mother’s location is excellent. Staff is always keeping it tidy and well stocked and always ready to help. The produce is always displayed nicely and they have such a nice selection. I’m very impressed by everyone working at this location and the cleanliness of the store.”
“Absolute great place to get anything you need to get back into shape, and/or build muscle!!! The staff is incredible they're sooo friendly and so smart and confident knowing what products they sell and how it affects you. I literally tell all my friends to go there. Absolutely a great place to get your supplements 10/10 stars ?”

“This place is phucking great for bodybuilders and people who are busy and don’t have time to meal prep. I can finally enjoy low calorie chili cheese fries within my macros. The taste is delicious and the texture is good too. With high protein. The place is hard to find due to the area so be on the look out. Service was excellent you get in and out 10/10”
“Roy is amazing and passionate person. I am grateful to have cross paths with his. The product he recommended me was amazing and I feel my chest pain has decreased with one sip and water that I used to dislike is now taste amazing and it is making my body feel very good. I highly recommend stoping by and talking with Roy. He truly loves helping you thrive and not looking to sale which is a plus. Thank you Roy see you next time. ????????”
“I like this place, they are very nice, and sometimes they have everything, but the only thing I don't like is, NO more plastic bags, not only in this place, en todos Mother's Nutritional Center. But thanks”
“New Updated Review Below...
First time there to pick up my Wish shipment. They were closed during hours of posted "Open" hours due to something being down. I am a Senior and am handicapped and walk with a cane, and sometimes use a rolling walker. Glad I did not have to use the walker as there are three narrow stairs to get into the building. So folks no wheelchair access. I found it dangerous with using my cane also, as there are NO HANDRAILS either. I found it very scarey getting to the door at the narrow landing just to find the note amongst the many (they live in overkill fear as I stood at a collage of signs of ⚠️ about not wearing a mask), my eyes finally found the reason the lights were off during open hours. The fear in me was not about wearing a mask, but if I was going to safely get down those narrow steps without losing my balance and falling face first to the bottom. More than like breaking my back due to osteoporosis. That is and always will be my second greatest fear in life. I was shaky.but made it going slowly. I guess after my pending shipments all arrive from Wish, I am going to spend more on the postage having future deliveries come directly to me . I dread going back and deal with stairs.
The place looks run down and questionable with no windows in the front. It needs to be painted. The sign which looks nothing like the picture you see on this app are not the same. The ugly blue building on the otherside with a white wall is about the best landmark as not only is the sign broken out. It in inset quite a bit. Will return to update this once I make it imside, God willing ?.
The owners had been in the process of moving to a new and 100% better location and easy access. So, I have changed my Stars to 5, as they were super in customer service and the new store is huge in comparison. Check their new location and large inventory out!”
“You can trust the quality at sprouts. We love to go and get the pokey from the seafood bar. At 1699 a pound it's an average price. So many good selections. And healthy choices.”

“It was my first time here today and I’m so glad I went. Xochitl, was the rep who helped me and she was beyond informative on how everything works and even helped me take my stuff out to my car. The store itself is small, but everything looks fresh and you can pretty much get all you need in one trip. Thank you for offering such a smooth process through it all.”
“I love this shop and am so glad I found it! Great selection of quality products, fair prices… but the best part is how knowledgeable and friendly the owner Robin is. I got a great education on essential oils and we talked about so many interesting things. He is one cool human. Highly recommend this shop.”
“Some of the sweetest people I went in today with my brother for the Ghost deal and they the workers were nothing but nice to us will be going back in the future!”
“I was very indecisive in their deli section with all the choices but johnny assisted me and he was very patient and extremely kind! Will definitely be returning to this location”

“One of my favorite HB gems. Great prices, good service and delicious food from all over. They've recently been remodeling and expanding which makes my heart sing. Love this place.”
“In here you transport yourself…somewhere. I’m not sure where but somewhere magical, herbal, ancient and familiar. This is one of my happy places where I can gather my medicine and enjoy a wonderful conversation an important medicine we all need. The service, the herbs, the atmosphere, and THE TEA selection are all exceptional! Please visit this gem of Little Saigon!”
“I always have a great experience at Sprouts! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the customer service is amazing. Travis especially stands out. I finally tried the smoothies, and they are amazing, especially after a workout. It is definitely one of my favorite things to get when I come in. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop!”
“Great staff!! Today I was aimlessly wondering the store trying to find Vegan mayo, luckily the store manager Dale came to the rescue and helped me find what I was looking for. He could have just pointed me to the direction but instead walked me over and showed me the different options available. Thank you Dale for your patience!”
“I give the store five stars. It was so clean so organized people were so sweet and kind very professional. I got the best sandwich from the deli department. One of the best stores I’ve been to..”
“Every time I go into Sprouts in Fountain Valley I am always warmly welcomed and greeted by Kelly (the department manager) in the Vitamins department. She is always asking me if I need help or if she can help me find what I am looking for with a smile. She has patience, knowledge, and most of all the BEST Customer Service! She is a great person to represent this store and location! I highly recommend Sprouts and this location to all! Thank you Kelly!”
“Adamaris Lopez had great customer service at the WIC. She was attentive and patient and processed multiple transactions for me. Just wanted to leave a good review for her. Good Job ?”
“Wonderful vegetarian / health food store featuring products mostly from Taiwan. They have some premade food options in fridge as well as fresh frozen items from the Walnut store location!”
“This place is amazing, so amazing that the husband and the wife work the shop together and are a team don’t try to upsell you and actually care about what your taking or what goals you are trying to get to in life no matter what your age is”

“Today I visited the store and just had to let the manager Alicia know how wonderful her and the entire staff are. I’ve been receiving wic for my son for about over a year and I discovered this little neighborhood gem of a store and continue to keep shopping here not
Only because of the produce but because of the customer service. It can be overwhelming and sometimes embarrassing when using public assistance during these difficult times but the employees at this store have always been so pleasant and so kind and friendly. They always keep me informed about the milk program and fresh produce incentive. This store has truly been a blessing to me and my family and I just want to say thank you to the entire staff for always being so kind! You are all so wonderful and I will continue to shop here even though my little one is aging out of the program soon”
