Very friendly front desk person, rooms were nice, bed was comfortable, the night was quiet, and the breakfast was good.Nearby activities: Far enough away from the heart of Long beach and Huntington Beach but close enough to be there quickly.

I visited this hotel several years ago when it was owned by La Quinta. At that time the staff was friendly and efficient, but the property was tired and in need of major updates. Now, La Quinta as a brand is gone and the property is either owned/operated by Wyndham, or is a franchise that is operated under their brand. The property has had a major facelift with new fixtures, paint and furniture. However, while the staff is still friendly, they have a ways to go in terms of efficiency. Examples: I booked a room for four nights through Travelocity from Yelp. When I attempted to check in at 2:00 PM, the clerk told me I had to wait until 3:00 PM stated in their rules. If the room had not been ready, that would be understandable, but as I was to find out later, the room was ready and probably had been since 11 AM. I have stayed at many other hotels and have never run into that before. I waited in the lobby until the appointed time, checked in and was give the choice of a 1st or 2nd floor room. The next morning I hung out the "do not disturb" sign when I heard housekeeping working down hall at about 9:00 AM. I left for the day @ 10, removing the sign and telling the housekeeper who was working in the next room that I was leaving and she could clean the room. I returned at 4 PM to find the room was not made up and no change of dirty towels. I checked with the desk (who BTW frequently had a sign out that said, "Be back in 10 minutes"), and found that I had only been checked in for one night, not the four on my reservation. On Day 2 I left early without seeing housekeeping and again returned to a room that was not serviced. The three people at the desk apologized and got me fresh towels and the clerk gave me a 10% discount on that night (at least I think she did - see below) When I commented with the person who acted like he was in charge that they need their "Do Not Disturb" sign to have the back side that says, "Please Make Up the Room", he said, "That sign is what Wyndham gives us. Our housekeeping starts at the first floor and works their way up the floors and is done". Evidently, they don't keep track of the rooms they didn't do and return to them later. Again, I have not had this occur at efficiently run hotels. When I checked out I asked that the receipt be emailed to me, but now a week later I still don't have it, so I don't know if I got that 10% or not. A nice looking hotel with a reasonable included breakfast is great, but some training and quality control is need at this property.

We stayed 1 night and went on a cruise the next day.Lady at check in was super nice.But when I went out in the evening there was a creepy guy on a motorcycle lurking around and peeking over the wall at the car lot, he looked like he was even trying to jump the wall. I reported it to the front desk lady and she said she checked it out but he was a guest at the hotel and he did desk creepy at check in.My sister in law also got her i ok en room and asked for a room away from the road, I have never in my life needed to ask that. Well I wish I also asked the same. Because we were put in the very 1st room closest to the road on the 3rd floor. I got 30% sleep that night. It was horrible!! Some residents extremely close by set off illegal fireworks and it sounded like a car exploding right outside our room, everyone else on my sister n laws 2nd floor went nuts she said. I only knew what it was because we could see them from the window.Sister n laws toilet got clogged asap , we did not have enough towels in the room, also people were doing donuts on the street at 3am.I got up and checked the breakfast out at 6:30 or 7am and they did not make much food.Our room felt clean though, I did see one cigarette burn on the sheets.I’m usually very forgiving on hotels as long as no bed bugs but this was honestly not a good location no matter how nice the hotel looks.And when my husband overheard a famale guest ask the other male guest if he had ever been to jail it was just the last nail in the coffin for us.

Staff is rude, assuming you're a criminal if you look Hispanic. Halls smell of Marijuana and there's tenants coming in and out at all hours. Walls are dirty and there's pry marks on the doors. Absolutely the worst experience I've had.

Very clean nice looking had a view I think I was on the 6th floor had a view over the city of Vegas nice would would get it again not expensive we'll get it again.

The location was beautiful. I needed a roll in shower, and I got it. The microwave and refrigerator did not work so I reported to the front desk. They followed to the room took the microwave and brought me a brand new one out of the box. The refrigerator was turned off for 30 minutes until all of the ice melted off the sensor then it took worked as good as new. The breakfast was excellent. The beds were very soft but firm. Our whole experience was awesome. I would recommend this location to anyone.Rooms: The room was a great size for 4 people. The color scheme in the room was a great selection. The room was neat and clean.

Had a great visit. Lauren helped us with any questions we had. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with any request. We will definitely make this our place we will go and stay when in the area.Rooms: Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.Safety: Clean safe area.

Clenisha was one of a kind. Can’t find nice genuine people like her nowadays especially at the front desk. I was quite satisfied.

This is a decent place to stay at most if you’re in desperate need of a cheap hotel option. The surrounding area was not safe and made the parking and experience feel worse. The rooms were clean for the most part however certain items were not fully restocked upon arrival. Would not recommend for families, we heard loud noises through the walls of neighboring rooms. Free breakfast came in clutch, however when requesting for restocking of bedsheets and toiletries the cleaning services were hard to get a hold of. Overall more of a motel feel.

This a decent place to stay but it is in need of an overall update. None of the appliances worked correctly. We were not able to use the streaming apps on the television and the microwave didn't heat. The water pressure was also very low and the blankets were thin and cheap. Upon entry, the lobby didn't have air conditioning and instead had large fans scattered across the room. You get the picture here that the owners are very cheap looking to save a buck at the expense of your comfort. The men who work here are not particularly friendly and they regularly leave the front desk unattended. There was a sign that said "be back in 10 minutes" upon my arrival; but the guy was just chilling in the office behind the desk and I felt like I had inconvenienced him by checking in. I would describe this place as a motel pretending to be a hotel. Just go to a motel, that's the type of service you're going to get here.

The staff and level of service is amazing! Clenisha and Paola go out their way to make sure guest have an enjoyable stay! They truly deserves a raise. For the quality of service provided.Walkability: There is a lot of eateries and amenities around this location.

The hotel is great for the rates. Upon check in the lady at the front desk Clenisha Price was so helpful and nice. She assisted me with extending my stay and ensuring that i had everything i needed to feel comfortable.

Clenisha was very warm and friendly. She considered that I was tired after a long drive and made my check-in process a lot more comfortable and efficient. I am served her training two other employees at two different times and both times. She was very very warm and serviceable to not only the gas, but to her trainees, she made accommodations for me to have an interview in the meeting room downstairs. She communicated well with me if I’m ever in this area I’ll definitely consider this hotel because of the service.Safety: Felt safe.
