Horrible Horrible Service!!! I was there yesterday about 530pm the employee who was there was the rudest person i could have ever met. She says she's been working 5 years and refused to give me her name. She treated me Horrible. The employee definitely hates her job! I come to find out while picking up my food from Sahuayo that her name is Viridiana something like that, and people there have had encounters with her too. I will never step foot in that place again! One more detail I forgot to mention she threatened me in canceling my transaction without my approval.

Very BAD SERVICE !!! I wouldn't recommend coming here. I was helped out by a lady named Patricia. I was trying to send money and she said they couldn't find my information and that it wasn't in the system. I come here all the time with my same information so I don't see how thats possible. The ladys that are here today are very rude and unhelpful and she basically told me thats she couldn't do anything to help me.I would Highly recommend hiring other people who are actually people friendly for a Better Business.MUY MAL SERVICO con PATRICIA.NO RECOMMIENDO?

I have been a customer here for years. I have been in several times since the start of this Covid issue. No one said anything to me not wearing a face mask. Due to breathing issues I am not supposed to wear a mask. Well today I was turned away. So am will never do business here again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION!GO ANYWHERE ELSE!I have had several issues with this MoneyGram, and there is an important thing you should know. YOU CAN NOT MAKE A COMPLAIN TO CORPORATE DIRECTLY. In other words, they will not take your complain seriously if anything were to happen. Of the many calls ive made to their corporate, all their responses would be "Each MoneyGram office crates their own policies."For example, in March 2019, i went to send money to my mother in Mexico. I was able to go through the complete process, and left with my confirmation number. I sent the confirmation to my mother, and when she went to redeem the cash, she was told that someone had already withdrawn the funds. I panicked and decided to call the corporate office. They werent able to help me and told me i had to contact the MoneyGram location directly. When i contacted this MoneyGram, i was told that no one redeemed the cash, but that they themselves canceled my transaction after i had left the store because they needed more information.If i haven't had called, the MoneyGram could of kept my money. They told me that that they are not obligated to notify me that they have canceled my transaction.I had to drive to the store and pick up my money.Turns out that the money they gave me was false.Now im short $750 and cant complain to any one that can take me seriously.The representatives watch each others back. They will not give you their real names if you ask for it. They also go by agent codes that they will not provide you if you ask. You can not win here.DO NOT COME HERE!If you have any complaints about this location, contact the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully this review and the others will convince the owner of this location to rethink their policies, or the staff they have representing the business.

Most horrible customer service I’ve ever received in my life. Extremely rude and incompetent staff. If you have a question they’ll just say “I don’t know” and walk away despite not even knowing what you asked. Someone needs to teach them some manners, but first, get them a job away from the public! Nobody deserves this kind of treatment.

Very poor customer service. Instead of doing the job properly, the employees find an alternative just to get the customer out the door if they can't figure out the issue. My mom got a bus pass here that was supposed to work for multiple bus lines. She paid $110 which is the cost of that bus pass for 1 month. I saw my mom ask them "Are you SURE that everything is OK and I won't have a problem tomorrow?" And they said "YES." Instead of giving her the unlimited bus pass, they just put $110 on the card so she was being charged on every connecting bus she had to go on. She let them know the next day about the issue and they did not fix it. They proceeded to tell her that when they fix it they'll let her know because they had to go through a process. When they called her to go back and fix it, they all of a sudden could not fix the problem because she used the card. Well if it wasn't for the employees not providing the correct product in the first place, then she would not have had this issue.. In the end, they did not take responsibility for their actions and now my mom has to spend extra $ to get to and from work for the month
