Listen im giving you guys 5 stars only because my father likes you guys and I don't want to disrespect anyone with my opinion ...well I don't really have one I just have a respectful question..... please don't take this offensively I am really not that tech savvy so anyways a few months ago my dad brought me to ur shop to get me a NEW phone with a line right all I said was im not high class or boogie or picky especially when I'm not paying ok but I hate when im feeling like a chump walking around with this I think 7 year old used cracked screen galaxy s9 that my dad paid $ 300 for in CASH which we had to go find a bank to pull the cash out . Then go all the way back to the store only to wait in line now make that make sense to me because im still 2 months in and waiting for some unicorn to jump out my screen and yell Gotcha! I'm feeling like I should've went to metro or even Verizon cuz people are paying less for new phones ......and im sure everyone else thinks 300 is just chump change so this post like I said is just me wanting to know should I stay or should I go ....??? I think I'm outta my league here lol also I just really wanted to ask if my moms wallet was turned in there but u guys never answer the phone if it was please call or text thanks

my family and i have been going here for years as they used to be extremely friendly and helpful, especially with my non english speaking parents. however, recently they have become so rude, unprofessional, and lacking in their work. my mom recently changed her phone from a samsung to an iphone. first, they gave her a malfunctioning charger. second, they never fully activated her phone. if they were not going to complete the process, they should have explained to my mom how to complete the process and that she would need to reach out to complete it herself. however, nothing was explained to her or told to her beforehand. i reached out to myverizon to inquire about some details and they noted that her phone had not even been activated due to an incompatible sim card (provided by monster verizon). i reached out to monster verizon separately to confirm some questions i had to finish the activation process and the man over the phone was EXTREMELY rude. he would cut me off, tell me “why cant verizon help you” to avoid specific questions regarding my mom’s experience at the monster verizon store, and completely lied about the phone being activated and updated automatically, which clearly was not the case since I was able to complete it manually with myverizon. they used to be such a great business, not sure what happened in the last couple of years, and my family and i will never be returning to this location.

The Technicain diagnosed and fixed my phone in two minutes, It was a SIM card issue. I Recommend this location for great service and knowledgeable staff.

I love monster wireless. First he's my cousin. Second he works hard and always gave me and my family free phones. Sometimes he charges me for the phones but that's okay. Four and a half stars.

Would give zero stars if I could. My family's been a regular at this Verizon shop and they used to be friendly/had good customer service but not anymore.They're so full of themselves - maybe they got a lot of customers from all their tv commercials or something. They didn't even care that we didn't want to remain their customers.-They scammed us and charged $15 for screen protectors - which lasted literally less than a week before falling off the screen. Went back hoping they'd replace it - since we didn't drop our phones or anything, but they said no - didn't even offer a cheap alternative.-They also kept calling us and bugging us to return a phone because they claimed to have given us credit for it. So we went to return it and we asked them to show us how much they actually credited us - and they hadn't. They said the phone had no value because of the screen burnout and that we didn't really need to bring it back. They were so rude and arrogant about everything.Don't waste your time going here - their customer service is just so terrible. Not worth giving them business and you'll just leave dissatisfied and furious.
