“I absolutely love this pharmacy. She always has my medications. Always the sweetest soul. I just had my medication delivered for the first time. It’s free. And to my surprise, it was her who showed up at my door at 7:30pm! I was shocked. Her and her husband do the deliveries on their own time, for free! I will forever support this small, family owned pharmacy. I’m so lucky I found them! They made a friend for life with me and my husband! ❤️”

“The customer service and attention they give you as a customer is really amazing. The owner henry. He actually cares about getting you the best price for your medication. For my grandmother he was able to use Medicare and medical for another medication which now will save my grandmother 2400 a year. Considering she is on a fixed income that is huge for her. CVS and other stores never was able to do that for her. Overall I give this place a 5 stars.”
“Wow, I stumbled upon gold mine, I was with another pharmacy for quite some time and it was a total disaster, I finally left them and transferred everything to Galaxy Pharmacy, when I called to do so I spoke to Idalia, wow is all I have to say about her, very kind, very professional, excellent work ethics and integrity, what a breath of fresh air!!! It took us about 5 months to straighten out the mess the other pharmacy created but now we are on track. I am a VERY HAPPY customer and am so happy to write a good review because customer service doesn't exist anymore, the experiences with businesses and employees I have had in 2024 is the worst I have experienced ever, I am in shock as to how companies even make it, so it has been a refreshing experience and I highly recommend them!”
“My dog, Daisy just had heart valve surgery. She was prescribed 4 medications, 2 to be given twice each day/and 2 to be given every 12 hours. Two were very small tablets, one being heart-shaped that had to be divided into 1/4 doses. I used a new sharp pill cutter and was able to get only one piece from the pill that equaled a 1/4 dose, the rest crumbled or was jagged and had to be discarded. The other pill was a round tablet but even smaller and had to be divided, with the same bad result. I was told by a pharmacist that the problem could be solved by having the pills compounded to have the dosage contained in one pill. I called Triad Pharmacy that afternoon and spoke to Dr. Miller who explained to me that my prescriptions could be compounded, either to liquid form or a capsule in the exact dosage. I chose capsules. Just a few hours later his staff member kindly called me to let me know that they had received the prescriptions from the hospital. And at the end of that same day, Dr. Miller called and told me that one prescription was in the mail and would arrive the next day which it did. He also called to make sure I had seen it and that the other would follow the next day. They were delivered by Next Day Service. I look forward to visiting the pharmacy to thank Dr. Miller and his staff for helping me with what was a very difficult time (trying to portion out the proper dosage) for Daisy.”

“Been using the CVS and pharmacy in target for several years now. The team they are especially lit by Michelle are always quick to response. Helpful and show in particular is very informative about my medication. Another needs that might arise was just getting good suggestions for over-the-counter medicines or what I should do with my daughter is sick.”

“I like shopping at Ralphs, but it’s a bit of a mixed experience.
The biggest downside is the parking lot—it’s honestly a nightmare. There are so many restaurants and shops in the same center that finding a parking spot can be frustrating and time-consuming.
Another issue is the rewards system. Signing up with a phone number sounds simple, but in practice it’s confusing, and getting help isn’t easy. Being told to just go online doesn’t really solve the problem, and it’s frustrating not being able to access discounts.
That said, the prices are generally reasonable, and the store itself is well-stocked. I can usually find what I need, and the shopping experience inside is smooth. A big plus is that they stay open late, which is really convenient.
Overall, despite a few annoyances, it’s still a solid place to shop—especially if you live nearby. I’d give it 4 stars.”

“My experience at Caremax (Buena Park) was excellent. It was a very efficient, professional and smooth operation. I only waited for about 24 hours for the walker to be ready. Both people I dealt with were very accommodating. The employee that finalized my walker transaction walked me out to the car and assisted me in placing it in the car. I recommend them to all.”

“I don't write many reviews but this time i feel like i need to because of the amazing service that I have received from this family owned pharmacy. I have to say one of the best pharmacist (VID) and his staff I came across. I was having trouble getting my medication from CVS and Walgreens but now I am so relaxed and assured that they will always have my medication in stock whenever I needed. This big chains don't care because most of the time I had to wait for my medication because they never carry my medications in stock. I went to this pharmacy on my doctor's reference and first time they didn't had medication in stock but Vid assured me that if I am happy with them he will always have my medication. It's been 4 months now they deliver my medication on my door step regularly without fail and their delivery service is free. Even on the phone they are very quick to get me the pharmacist where in big chains I had to wait for at least 10 to 15 mins. Vid and his staff is so helpful that I feel like I am a part of the family. I would refer this pharmacy to anyone. Thanks Vid and team.”

“So I have been coming to med compounders for the last couple of years as they are in my neighborhood in Bixby Knowles, the pharmacist, and the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to service their customers from their candles to their medicine To their knowledge everything is grade A!! They always answer the phone on the first or second ring completely different than any of these big chain pharmacies. Truly, Godwin and Michael, are empathetic 10+ professionals. I am impressed with staff assistance. Yesterday, I needed to contact: it hurts to talk on the phone as I am a survivor of 42 stab wounds - severe throat lacerations. I was astounded: an executive responded with help I needed. In an age where technology more and more replaces human contact, I can attest that it truly was wonderful to have a human empathetic response. God Bless You All.”
