Avoid this smog check, they don't want to scan first, do a smog check, they ask you for $65 without knowing if it passes or not, and even if it doesn't pass, they stop your money, they have a total strategy to take your money, Look for others with normal rules

After several alignment shops couldn't improve my truck's issue, this place did the first time around. They knew how to address the issue right away on the first visit. They work fast, was done in about 2 hours or so. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional! Very happy customer! I'll be returning with my other cars.

I took my work truck to get an alignment because the front tires were wearing very uneven. The guys at this shop were professional and friendly. They were busy so I needed to schedule an appointment but they were able to get me in 2 days later. It took approx. 4 hours, which I was told in advance because of the specialty equipment mounted on my truck. Cost was around $220 and truck drives perfectly smooth now. Very satisfied and recommend Star.

If you are looking for honest, hardworking people, you found it. I have been here for a smog check a while ago and I was super happy with the service. They answered other questions about my car without making me feel pressured to have any work done.
Recently I stopped by and asked about a noise my car was making when I started it in the morning. I was fully prepared to leave my car to have it fixed. They took the time to step away from their current project, talk to me and offer a simple solution to try first. Which totally worked! I know these guys are not just out for your money... they really are just trying to help.

The crew at SSA are awesome!!! No frills, no sales pitches, no BS. Super transparent and consultative. Dropped off my car for some maintenance and steering issues and they called me to let me know what was going on with the suspension. Binh told me what was wrong with the car. Got it on the rack after I gave the green light and it was done same day. What night and day difference. Fair prices and honest team. I will be a repeat customer.

Took my 4Runner here to get a viper cut an and oil change. Dropped off my 4Runner and got a call from Kuo that told me the viper cut was done but he found a lot of oil leaking in the 4Runner. There was leaking in oil pan, skid, and other areas of the engine. He also told me the bolts are stripped on the skid. He recommended that I should reach out to the dealership since the mileage on my 4Runner is low. The dealership ended up repairing my 4Runner for a timing cover leak and Kuo was correct regarding the warranty. Thanks Kuo for informing me about the problem and I'll be back when I upgrade my suspension!
