I don't use this place too often except for the occasional package pickup. But, the woman who is always here (who I think might be the owner) is always so pleasant and helpful.

I flew from Kansas to LA to get digital fingerprinting completed for California Board of Nursing and Hawaii Board of Nursing. I am sure glad that I chose this business to have both FieldPrint (Hawaii) and LiveScan (California) completed at the same time. The owner of this business (Ms. Vanessa) was very kind and professional. I appreciated that I was able to be accommodated early (since my appointment was 2 hours later than my arrival time). She did not have to do this, but I am very very grateful that she was kind enough to help me. I was unsure if my flight would be late, early, canceled, etc or whether I would run into any other unexpected problems. The process was very quick and simple. Vanessa was very thorough and multitasked beautifully. I can't express enough thanks for Vanessa and her hospitality. I highly recommend this business to all needing digital fingerprints or any other business services. Thanks again, Vanessa!

Ive been coming to Alpha postal service for about a year now and I must say this is the best shipping/mailbox store there is! Clock watchers didn't open a few minutes early on a Saturday.Walked to the door, pointed to the sign with posted hours and made me wait the extra 4 minutes to unlock the door. THEN didn't even open it, just walked away.

I use alpha postal for my mailbox storage store. The owner is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service is fast land my mail is never mixed up or lost. Overall, I highly recommend this store for their excellent customer service and efficient operations.

I was on time for my appointment, but was met with a cold shoulder, dirty looks, and a rude customer service. There was only one other customer in the store at the time... Not sure what I did to deserve that, but c'est la vie.
