I’ve been going to these guys since 1976 when it was Art’s Auto Service in Manhattan Beach. They eventually moved to Hawthorne on Rosecrans. Never found a better place than this for auto repair—competent, professional, affordable, honest.

Came here to get my struts/shocks replaced for my Corolla in 2019 and the person who helped was extremely helpful and honest (don't remember his name, it might have been Victor). The price was extremely reasonable for the parts and the work that he did. Nothing unnecessary was getting pushed onto me which other shops tend to do. Would come here again!

Been going to Vick at Art's Auto for many, many years with many vehicles (Camaro SS, Supra, among others), I wouldn't go anywhere else and certainly not to the stealership. Vick does great, honest, prompt work with great communication. My biggest complaint is that I don't feel he charges me enough!

My car broke down, and Vick took a look at it. He noticed the catalytic converter was stolen. He didn't charge me a penny. When I tried to have it towed, AAA wouldn't cover it as Roadside Assistance (jerks!) Even though he closed the shop at 5:00 PM on the dot, he waited with me until an independent towing company came and got me. He even helped push it while it was in neutral. These guys are the truth so much respect for Vick. We need more human beings like him in the world. He could have left, and he didn't. He's my mechanic whenever I get a new ride; they are such good people.

First time goin here took my sister's van to get the brakes and rotors done. Art was professional at pricing and his time frame of labor was on point.. definitely be back with other cars for service.Service: Brakes

Prices are fantastic! Service is great! I won't take my car anywhere else. First mechanic I can say I'm not worried is trying to charge me it rip me off. I wish I'd found this years ago!
