“I was referred to Adam by Bob of Bob's Auto Repair. Bob has worked on a couple of my cars over the years, and began servicing my 65 Mustang. While driving the Mustang, I was in a major accident on the 405. The gears locked up, and I spun out and slammed into a concrete divider on the freeway. The car experienced extensive damage, and was all but totaled. My first call, of course, was to Bob to get him to arrange a tow for me to his shop. While at his shop, I asked him if he knew anyone he'd recommend to repair the body damage, etc., thinking the car might not be salvageable. Without hesitation, Bob recommended Adam, who drove right over to look at the car. I told him I didn't know if it could be saved, and Adam assured me it could. Although the process started out a little rocky and took longer than both Adam and I had expected, primarily due to the back and forth with my insurance company, the end result was better than I could've ever expected. I'll admit I have OCD, and am super critical with details, especially when one of my cars is being repaired. If you're looking for a shop that does great work with an excellent eye for detail, I highly recommend Adam and ARS Collision. I want to thank Adam for going the extra mile and battling the insurance company on my behalf to obtain the most coverage possible.”
“Chilton Auto Body in Hawthorne absolutely came through for me. I brought in my car after someone scraped the entire side of it and then vanished like it never happened. I’m always nervous trying out new shops, but Ezra ended up making the whole thing way easier than I thought it’d be.
He looked everything over, explained what they were going to do in a thought out, straightforward way, and kept me in the loop the whole time. I never had to guess what was happening or chase anyone down, which already puts this place ahead of most shops I’ve dealt with.
When I picked up my car, it genuinely looked better than before the accident. The paint matched perfectly, the body work was spotless, and they even cleaned it up. My car looked so good, I briefly thought they gave me the wrong car. Nope. They just did a phenomenal job.
