Giovanni there helped us locate the parts at an available store to have them personally delivered at our location and went above and beyond in delivering professional and friendly customer service. “I first went to AutoZone down the street to use their scan tool, and they were totally understaffed and didn't have a scan tool. Then I went to O'Reilly's and they had the scan tool and offered to help me. We put on the scanner and everything was good, so he turned off my maintenance required light, and it hadn't come back on either. Great customer service!”

“Dropped off the car in the morning he did the diagnostic and called to tell me the issue and price (reasonable) got it done in 2-3hrs got the car back the same day. You do need to call and set an appointment first for him to take a look. Overall every satisfied with his work and price. Have a 6month warranty on his work”

“I had a great experience with Felix, one of the parts specialist at O'reilly Auto Parts Lawndale location. Felix was very patient, very professional and very courteous. Felix did not complain not once about backing his fellow co/worker up by replacing a battery with a screw that had fell below and was hard to get to and was no where In sight. Felix went straight to the root of the problem and assured me that he would take care of it and not to worry, I felt comfortable at that point and knew that I was In good hands, you do not get that type of service or assurance from an auto parts store, my heart stopped racing as Felix did his job. I am so please with the outcome. Felix, you are the best and such exceptional Parts Specialist. So when you go to O'reilly, if you happen to get Felix, you are getting the best!! Place to find what you need to work on a car if they don't have it then order it. so whatever you need to work on a car just go to one of 3. Places O'REILLY'S, advanced auto or auto zone. If you can't find what you need to work on a car then you shouldn't be working on a car.”
