“Someone backed into my car as they jetted out of their parking spot, negatively modifying my 1997 Mitsubishi 3000 GT. I was distraught. I immediately filed a claim with my insurance company and set up an appointment to take my car to the pre-approved auto body shop. I take my car there and they turn me away saying they don't work on cars over 20 years old. Finding a repair shop was difficult. Four more repair shops later, fortunately Ron at Perfect Auto Body was recommended. I looked up reviews and immediately thought that this would be the place that would take my car and repair it. I was not disappointed. His confidence in being able to repair the car was a huge relief. He delivered excellent results, meticulously finding older parts and restoring my car to its pre-accident condition.  It was such a relief just hearing that he would try. “Chilton Auto Body in Hawthorne absolutely came through for me. I brought in my car after someone scraped the entire side of it and then vanished like it never happened. I’m always nervous trying out new shops, but Ezra ended up making the whole thing way easier than I thought it’d be.

He looked everything over, explained what they were going to do in a thought out, straightforward way, and kept me in the loop the whole time. I never had to guess what was happening or chase anyone down, which already puts this place ahead of most shops I’ve dealt with.
