Security is weird. I get like they tryna prevent stealing but the guard would have weird intonations when leaving and then the whole security theater started to bother me. I seen the same exact walkers and bags at Ross just arranged nicer. Nothing spectacular. Then the security guard greets you then says hmmm OhKay??? I’m like bro this place is weird. I ended up placing a pick up order at macys lmfaooo weird place.

Haven't been to a Burlington store in years and decided to see if it was worth it. First , I felt like covid era with at the entrance with security and TSA wanna be entrance. I can't shop in stores where they don't trust their customers. I get it theft is on the rise but we should be able to walk in with no distraction . In and out . Security was nice and employees were too but these stores that are getting hit hard by theft should just shut down. Especially when they're is nothing worth buying in there. Cheap ready to wear outfits and cheesy decorations for your home. 2 stars just for the employees still having a great attitude and being pleasant.

Will never be back. They won’t let you in until they tell you you are being monitored and not to steal anything by a guy in a bullet proof vest. Then there are signs everywhere with big images of cameras saying you will be prosecuted. I understand there is a large portion of loss due to theft, but wow… just wow…. This is all I could think about when shopping so I just left. thankfully Ross and tj max are across the street where they just say hello when you walk in.

It's near by that's why I gave it 1 plus had no choice but, I rather go to the other locations where I am not stopped before I enter to be photo graphed with out my permission.I understand there is a sign that say video monitoring but, nothing say you will be ask to stop and be photograph before entering.

I love this location. It's closer to the freeway and it seems well- stocked. The staff have always been courteous and polite.

Really bad customer service the security they have really bad we wanted the manager name or talk to manager and he was too scared to call her because he new he had done something wrong

My experience at this store was like im shopping at a prison the security talked to me with attitude and 2 people appeared to help prevent shoplifting based on to welcome me into a prison im not going to spend my hard working earned money on this prison economy store never coming back again no wonder why nobody shops their

Went in the other day through the front door and was welcomed by security with a closed off entrance by the changing rooms to my right. where they basically had you scanned before entering(not joking). to what seemed to be the same entrance to a high security prison. The security guard was polite but this store made me feel as if I was going to prison for a crime I did not commit. The store seemed to have gotten some sort of renovation. After buying some items I left and felt like i was finally free. I will probably never go back to this prison/store again. Thanks for making me feel extremely uncomfortable.
