My car 🚗 is like new again thanks to the Caliber Collision team, located on prairie. The staff is fantastic and put me at ease through a scary time. They did a great job with answering my questions and explaining the process. They helped me plan a way to get home and to their location safely. The staff went above and beyond for me and I recommend Caliber Collision to everyone. If I need to get my car repaired again then I will come here. Thank you to the entire team and my AAA agent that told me about this location.

Luis communicates on every update he has on my vehicle. The service is fantastic. They make extra effort to make you feel comfortable, he even returned my rental for me. They also have a warranty on what they had repaired in all of their shop locations!!!! Highly recommendable!!!! Thank you !!!

Everyone at Caliber Collision was very attentive and informative from the day that I walked in. My service advisor "Carlos Leal" explained everything to me regarding my claim and the damages. He also kept me updated along the way. My car was repaired and ready a lot sooner than expected and they made my rental car process very easy by providing pick up and drop off services through Enterprise.
