Wouldn't cash a state check or call the number on the check to verify funds and check to cash it. Went across the street they called and I had cash within 10 mins.

This is a great location I must say the service is #1. The people who work here really treat you like well... people ?. Their very kind and helpful and always are happy to answer your questions. They know their customers well and even make great recommendations which make every visit better than expected. Cheers to Leslie Ascencio, Adaneli Ibarra, Elizabeth Samayoa, Alize Soto, and Alejandra Ruiz. Give them a raise!!!

Today I walked into this bank and was immediately profiled, ashley wilkins the teller was constantly giggling while supposedly verifying my check, I can hear her ask her manager if she should cash it or not then they both giggled (very unprofessional) and said that they would not cash my check despite it being legit, Instead of just returning it to me she even went as far as stamping it on purpose to cause further trouble. I contacted customer care and they said to talk to the issuer and have them call the bank directly to verify, what a joke. Im glad I don't bank at this bank!

Chase bank has fees claiming they give better rates and better account growth. Look at their yearly profits and tell me that makes any sense. This bank is corrupt.

Worst chase ever!!! Worst customer services! They would do everything and anything to keep your money! They don’t advise you on anything!! They are a bunch of scammers!!! Chose a different bank to work with and stay away from Chase!!!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Chase Hawthorne Branch what excellent customer service. My first visit I had an appointment with the bank manager, Nikki Samuels and while waiting in the customer waiting area was pleasantly greeted by several bank employees. Once I met Nikki I could tell she was a wonderful person and her staff had the same amazing presence. I enjoyed my meeting with Nikki who is not only polite and professional but also a positive light in a world often filled with darkness.A great personality and I can see her employers mirror that same glow. On my second visit, the same thing, positive and professional as well as just down to earth pleasant. I highly recommend this branch and the wonderful staff that appears to love what they do! Tell Nikki that George Upegui sent you! Highly recommended

I would never bank with chase again! I had gotten a insurance settlement check for almost $6000 and the next thing I know chase is trying close my account all because they didn't have the phone number to verify my check. I try to give them a number to the law firm of which who had provided me the check just so they can verify and they said no. I even went to as far to tell chase to go to the website to get the number & once again told me no. This check was from a car crash, and was very needed to pay my rent and chase just trying to close my account for no reason. I had been with chase for about 7 year's and they treat their customers like this ? I have school clothes to buy food to put in my house for my kids car note to pay and chase had blocked my account and told me to tell my attorney to recall the check all because they had no number to call. My attorney law firm had even called chase and told them " that they can not call to verify the check & my attorney try to give them the phone number to call & chase just hung up in my attorney face. Now, I'm waiting for my attorney to recall the check and to give me another check all because of chase. Chase didn't even want to call the bank of the check that it came from to verify my check. Now, I'm here with no money waiting for another check to be issued. Chase trying act like my check is a bad check which make me feel some kind of way. Once I get this new checked cash, I will for sure close my chase account because chase is pulling me through a lot.

They put advertisements on the ATMs that you have to answer before getting your money. Absolutely idiotic.

I use the ATM outside this branch 98% of the time and they are always dirty, dusty with trash. With the money chase makes, they should have at least one associate doing rounds to make sure the ATMs are clean for their clients.
