“I had to wire some money to a company quickly. I've never done it before, so I walked into this branch and noticed immediately there was a considerably lengthy line of people waiting to handle their standard banking transactions. So, I lined up with the others. Without even asking for assistance, Mr. Ismael Bustamante walked up to me as I was waiting in the line of people. He asked what I needed to accomplish at the bank that day. I explained I needed to do a wire transfer/payment. He told me to follow him to his desk. Once there, he filled out the paperwork . He handled everything and it went through smoothly. Mr. Bustamante's customer service and professionalism were a big PLUS since I didn't know one thing about how to complete the paperwork necessary for the transaction. He's an incredible asset to Citibank and I recommend looking for him if you need to perform anything outside of your normal baking transactions!!!”

“Lidia was very very helpful when I came in this week. She greeted me and right away began the process of providing a replacement for a lost card. Fast & convenient I was out of there pretty quickly. Her customer service was outstanding! This is one of the better branches out there”
