went to get my charging port fixed on my samsung, they fixed that but caused my screen to stop working on the top right of the screen making it unusable after leaving, along with the white stripe thru my screen and black dots... very unhappy with the service

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this one was necessary, not because everything worked out perfectly (I’m still waiting on the final outcome), but because of the way I was treated at TLC Repair.
Eric, the technician who helped me, was the kind of professional you rarely encounter anymore. He was kind, calm, measured, and genuinely concerned about how I was doing after bringing in my MacBook Pro with water damage. He didn’t just see a laptop, he saw a person who had just experienced a real loss and treated me with care and respect.
He and his colleague (whose name I didn’t catch) took the time to open the machine, explain everything they saw, and do what they could to get it working again. For the flat fee they charged, I felt the price was more than fair, especially considering how much time and attention they gave.
Unfortunately in my case, the damage was worse than expected, and Eric told me honestly that it needed to be sent out to someone he trusts as the best in the business. He didn’t waste time or push me to make a decision. He said he’d personally deliver the device the next morning.
Even though I don’t know the final result yet, I can say without hesitation that Eric left a lasting positive impression. If my MacBook ends up being saved, I’ll be deeply grateful. But even if it doesn’t, I still know I brought it to the right place.
Thank you Eric. You made a really stressful situation a lot easier to handle.

Great service!
I only needed help removing a stripped screw to add a hard drive to my laptop. In other places, people were saying I had to leave my laptop overnight, and it would be expensive.
Here, it only took 5 minutes. Also, the price was very reasonable.

Don't go here a man named Eric he's unprofessional and will try to rip you off. I asked him to transfer my data to my new phone but instead of him doing it I was doing the work he should of been doing I argued over him charging me 85 for percentage of work he did when it wasn't much at all. As well he shouldn't run the store since he's always late in the morning and he be leaving an hour early from the business hours they have. It will take him 2 or more days to just do simple work even illegally helping criminals have burner phones. Mr Eric as well did stay 1 hour for 2 different days but I still had to do all the work and he tried to buy a drive from him for 50 dollars when he said it'll take only a day or 2 not 3 to 4 days. While he sat behind his desk doing others work.
He stayed for 2 hours after hours becasue he'll come to work 3 hours late and tell me a time to be there but don't be there on time and literally when I went somewhere else they said they could of had it done in 2 hours while I spent 3 days with this person that didn't do anything except let me use his computer to input my own information into my new phone he didn't do anything else but that. It's not my fault he had to stay after hours maybe if he stop leaving to go to a store to just get something to drink while there's a store next to him for the same reason he could of went there but had me wait a hour for him 1 day when I was almost late to work.
Funny part he didn't deny he help criminals with burner phones because I was there when a customer bought one. Also last part he tried to over charge me for nothing so either be an adult and actually work for the people or someone might get karma back on you. It's not a threat it's a warning when you mess with people money and time.

The owner Eric knows very little about computers, and is extremely dishonest and sneaky! Sells cheap quality Chinese components that breakdown very easily, and does not own up to his mistakes. Went there a couple of times, never again!

Eric the owner was very professional and provided me with great service. I needed to get my monitor on MacBook replaced, he had to order the part but he put a rush order on it and he was able to get my computer fixed in just 3 days. The MacBook store was saying my wait time would have been 10-14 days. I work from home, so this was a game changer for me, thank you Eric!
