I see a lot of bad reviews, but I had very great service here. Matthew at this location was the one that helped me and he was absolutely awesome. Nothing but good things to say!

They processed me quickly for my appointment time. It took longer than expected to get my tires installed, but they communicated well with me and I was able to leave and come back. They also follow through with great aftercare. I've gone back a couple times to have my air pressure checked. They're quick and friendly, especially Franco.

Please do not go here. After my first experience changing a flat tire they over-inflated my tires to 48 PSI. When I read that I figured it was high but also this is a tire shop and they are tire experts they probably know appropriate PSI. WRONG!! I came in here again and needed two tires replaced one s flat and one had a large bubble. I had to speak to 3 different managers until one of them finally accepted responsibility. Please please do yourself a favor and go to a real tire shop where they know what they are doing and don't overinflate just to make more money off you.

Overall we love costco, however the tire center is a huge problem that needs to be fixed, maybe it's that they are just too popular but when you buy tire with road hazard warranty you need a place that will honor the warranty in a timely manner, wife got a puncture and needed the tired repaired, took it to costco they told here we are too busy today, come back tomorrow, I 3nded up taking it up on Sunday morning to get the tire fixed waited from about 845 until till for them to open (#2 in line) and then another 90 minutes for them to plug the tire. Would have be3n faster to take it to another tire shop and pay $20 to have it fixed. You may save a little money on the purchase but you will spend a lot of time waiting for service. For us not worth the few dollars due to the huge time commitment required.

Leo is amazing. Although he was busy and he was the only one working the counter at the tire center. He did such an amazing job taking care of all the customers in line and on the phone.

First things first: DON'T BE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. If you are, it's unfortunate but it's not CostCo's fault so please don't blame them for things you did. CostCo can't control the universe or the things causing you to be late. I know the frustration of being late due to circumstances beyond my control, missing an appointment, wasting a trip, and then having to reschedule--but I also know it's not CostCo's fault. Most of the time I find CostCo to be super accommodating as much as possible but other times, it's just not possible. So leave early, arrive early, and don't shoot the messenger. That being said, I was able to order my tires and schedule an appointment for installation easily online. The tires would arrive and be held (up to 2 weeks) and be available for installation. I did have questions about which tires were best for my car but was able to figure it out by visiting Bridgestone's website. If you want some assistance, you can go to the tire center in person but I would say don't expect same day installation as they may need to order your tires or they may be fully booked. When I arrived for my installation, I dropped off my keys and they gave me a number to tag my car. I was luckily able to get a spot reserved for the tire center but I saw others who were going into the warehouse park there. They told me it would take an hour so I went into the warehouse to shop and kill time but my car was ready in 20 minutes. Overall the experience was very seamless and easy. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Because I did have to do a fair amount of legwork on my own because the process with visiting the tire center can be cumbersome and the online comparison tools kind of suck. But the price is generally good and you can great deals on installation at different times of the year depending on deals or promotions. My suggestions: 1. Arrive 30 minutes early. Parking is almost always hard at this CostCo and you need/want to park near the tire center. Plus other customers park in the tire center parking spaces even though they are shopping in the warehouse. You also never know if they have a line inside. The instructions CostCo provided actually tells you to arrive 15 minutes early. 2. Do everything online first and don't rely or expect to get same day installation. If they can, great but I personally don't expect it from previous experiences where they did not have the tires I need in stock. 3. Research online from the manufacturers websites or ask a car knowledgeable friend for recommendations unless you are willing to make an extra trip to Costco tire center to ask their advice. 4. Time your purchase to the times of the year when they have coupon book deals or penny installation.

Costco has always had great customer service and best deals. I loved the warranty that is added to the purchase of the tires. No issues every since been over a year.

When you buy the tires there they said bring it back and they will help you but when there's a problem you bring it back they said they have we no appointment available and it's normal that you have to bump air into your tires every 2 weeks according to the guy who works there. Not my problem if they r short staff everyday.

Don't be late for your appointment, or they will give you the same lecture they gave me, that they are like the doctor's office. They can't see you if you're more than 15 minutes late. WTF I was late to my tire installation appointment, but further waited in their slow line for 30 minutes. By the time I got to the front of the line, the guy said that I was an hour late. I told him that although I was late, I have also been standing in line for a long time, so I'm not nearly as late as it looked. I told him that I understand they are busy and can keep the car the rest of the day if necessary. He wasn't having it. Hypocrite logic that they can run late and make their customers wait for hours to install tires even with an appointment, but I'm out of luck when I'm 30 minutes late. I tried to be easy to work with, but he wasn't willing. The appointments after me no-showed, so they should be back on schedule even with my delay, but nope....logic doesn't work like that. I am the customer, and I am wrong. I was late, so I needed to be lectured. He made me make another appointment and sent me on my way.

The tire department must not go through the same training as the rest of the Costco staff. Customer service is marginal at best, no follow ups and slow service. I get it everyone is busy and understaffed, thats okay, just communicate that. Tried calling multiple times throughout the day, they constantly just ignore or will answer then hang up. I'll continue to shop in the warehouse, but will no longer be supporting the tire center.

Love my new tires and such a great deal on BF Goodrich tires. Almost half the price of the dealership tire quote. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Costco tires!

Every time I passed by the tire center after shopping, nobody was ever there. When I checked in for the appointment and picked up my vehicle, there was a long line....why????!!!! Anyways, I didn't know I ordered a wrong size online, and they called me, but I was busy shopping so didn't pick up the phone. About an hour later they told me about it, and they had the right size of the tires, so they went ahead to install them. Whew! Plus I got the cash back for the smaller size of the tires.

Tires were worn in the center! Michein tires that were still under warranty. I was given a new set of Bridgestone tires and had to pay $200 copay. Very satisfied. Was treated with courtesy by all the staff. Would return.
