African Americans beware , The Latina pharmacy assistant was rude and very disrespectful! Horrible customer service and grammar !I asked her what is needed to complete my insurance profile! She tried her best to treat me like I wasn’t worth respecting ! Walked away in mid conversation and said I don’t have to help you at all !I am here to warn you and tell you how disgusting her attitude was!The pharmacist Chad act like I was trying to rob the place , or I had phony prescriptions!I’m asking myself would she have treated her mother or Latina grandma or auntie this way ? Hmm or any Hispanic or or any other woman ! I was there to get a RX filled that i obviously needed ! But instead I was treated like a criminal , and lied to saying I wasn’t in the system and yes I am ! I will make sure corporate gets a letter from me asap ! No one should ever be treated so inhuman!I’m still in shock ??

This place sucks, I have complained so many times to CVS corp. and to the managers and promises are made and nothing is ever done. The location is poorly staffed, has a security guard that parks in the handicap parking(and is not handicapped) then harassed me for being in a wheel chair. The pharmacy has may be 3 employees that are competent the rest are rude and stupid with regard to customer service. It is obvious the hire who ever walks in the door with out doing any back ground checks. AVOID CVS AND ESPECIALLY THIS STORE.

I rate this store 1 star due to treatment that I received from the manager at 6:20 pm June 13, 2022. I am a paying customer and I will never return here. It is important to me the service that I received. It should never disrespectful from a store manager.

It's a good store and all, but today I was looking for something and after a bit the staff asked if I was a girl and I said I was a guy and he said to stop playing with him, for context I'm a 13 year old trans man it's June ffs I'm sick of being harassed for being trans everywhere I go

I went to pick up an RX today from an appointment at 10:30 AM where the doctor said she had called in the prescription. It was approximately 2:15 PM almost 4 hours after my prescription was called in. The pharmacy clerk said my prescription was not available and would not be available for over 30 more minutes. I informed the tech that I had to pick up my son and I wouldn't be able to come back and that my medication was an antibiotic that I needed for an infection. He said I had to wait. I told him I would wait there, in the drive-through as no one was behind me. I rolled up my window and waited a few minutes later I realize that there was a note taped to the window. On this note was my name written out currently blacked out in the photo. I called and asked to speak to the pharmacist manager that was in charge. I spoke to Howard Lee. I informed him the office was violating my federally protected HIPAA rights by posting my name and acknowledgment that I received medication there. He told me he did not care and hung up on me. I then called the store manager, Jesus Ramirez, and informed him of what occurred in the violation to my federally protected right. He said he would address the issue. As I am waiting for the store manager to address, two ladies in the car behind me got out of their cars came up to the window and verbally assaulted me by name, because my name was on the sign of the drive-through window, placed by the lead pharmacist. One woman actually hit my car and yelled at me causing extreme emotional distress and physical damage to my vehicle. I asked the store manager for the name of the person that violated my federally protected rights. He said it was Howard Lee, the main pharmacist in charge. I took a video when I asked him who did it I filed a police report for assault and disturbing the peace. I have also filed a report with the pharmacy board and contacted CVS corporate regarding these violations. The district manager for this CVS, Haider Mirze, called to apologize for the pharmacists violation and offered me $50 in store credit for the violation. What a slap in the face. I will be hiring an attorney.

I had a car accident and was in some pain. The doctor proscribed pain reliever & my wife took me through the drive up pharmacy window. The gentleman helping said "$6" we handed over our card and he said "YOUR CARD IS DECLINED" my wife and I immediately said "WHAT??" The pharmacist continues with "I'm just kidding" Wow! Not what I needed after a bad car crash dude.
