I wouldn't change anything. I've been coming here for over a year now and really love all the workers here. They are always friendly but over worked . They all deserve a raise.Today I was helped by a new girl that I never seen before. She was friendly and kind. Her name was Jasmine.Time I was there was 1:01 pm.On 12/15/23.So far this is the best bunch of people I have come across in a long time.Happy Holidays to all you hard working people. Thanks for making every experiance waiting for medications and information that I need. And thanks to the front end casheirs thats always working hard too. Always nice and friendly at store 3880 Rosecrans Ave. Hawthorne, CA. 90250.

My prescription account was switched to CVS in Hawthorne because the one on Redondo Bch closed. I have been very pleased with the service I get there. Recently I needed my prescription filled in advance due to travel & the associate I spoke to helped make that happen. I appreciate the consideration I was given.

Literally the WORST cvs pharmacy there could be. They never have ANY prescription ready I always call ahead of time to be sure it's ready and they always always either say they have nothing, they're out of stock, or got the wrong item .

Beware of Madhu the cashier. She will sign you up for a "rewards card" without letting you know that it is a monthly charge! I only found out when reading the slip of paper printed after giving my info (thinking it was the free rewards card that most other stores have). By then, it was too late, and I had to cancel it online. Manager told me that an email will be sent that night, and I can click the link at the bottom to cancel. I never received the email. The next morning, I went online to search for the cancellation link. Went through all the steps, and cancelled it...or so I thought. Woke up to a charge of $5.48 that I never approved. When I called CVS customer service, they "cancelled" the CarePass and then told me they don't do refunds. Currently I'm the process of disputing the charge. But this entire mess was because Madhu was a lying cheat and FAILED to notify me of the charges. She is also the same person that gave us trouble for bringing in a TRAINED and LEGIT service dog! My fiance uses a wheelchair and a service dog to help with his disability. Legally, under federal law, they cannot refuse a service dog unless it is barking/not housebroken/aggressive. The manager at the time knew this, and let my fiance continue shopping with his service dog to assist, but it was unnecessary stress and arguing, along with a lack of customer service from Madhu. I can also see that we aren't the only ones who had issues with Madhu. She needs to be fired.

Waited in line twice for someone to scan my UPS packages already labeled ready to send. Once I got to the cashier she kept paging Hector, apparently the *only* person who can help me. She said to step aside. I was waiting for 30 minutes till Hector finally shows up. He apologized, saying they had an emergency meeting for new county mask mandate. The cashier who kept telling me to wait has been working at CVS for the past decade but doesn't know how to "scan UPS drop offs". Really? Worst experience.

Condescending and rude. No professionalism. If you pick up medicine here they think they’re better than you and they’re not

Sadly. I see why u have not excelled past 2 stars. This is my local cvs so I'm here a few times a month if not week. I usually get my things and go. Today, I walk in and ask the guy if the photo kiosk is working. He says yea but no and I tell him to go find out while I wait. He comes back and says yea sure it works. I'm looking at 2 screens for print. 1 is in update mode that it's been in for over a week the other is flipped up as to be not in use... so I start trying to use the flipped up One cus... maybe that's the one that work cus the one updating definitely doesn't. Anyway. After a minuet or 2 I ask for a a manager. SARA, comes and walks right past me to the register. Ask the guy what he needs he nods off to me .... and from the register Sara yells.... WHAT YOU NEED ... my reply I need you to come over here so I don't have to yell across the store. Instead of her walking over to me she yells. That machine don't work and neither do the other 1. I let her know about my into convo with the guy and she says "yea well he's new" and walks past me. Wow. The level of communication for one cause the guy walked back there and directly asked about the photo prints. So how did he miss guide me into using it. 2nd --- SARA I know this a rough neighborhood and u look like a tough coolie yourself but at CVS u should be a little more PRIDEFUL and Patient with your customers because... now I'm gonna be going across the street to Walgreens a few times a month now. I can take Sara attitude nowhere. And neither should she. Oh and when I ask the store number she gave me such a smart Alich remark I'm still sitting in my car in front writing this review.

I used to come here and the service was good. The clerks were decent. Since Covid, I don't come as much...but today I made my way in to see new clerks. I came in after 3:30. The young man literally walked back to where I was in the store and stood less than 3 feet away from me just to pretend that he was "looking at product." You've got to be more inconspicuous, if you want to spy. I mean, you can't be that disrespectful to the customers. It was clear that he was either sent to make sure that I wasn't stealing or he chose to profile me. I called him on it and he walked away. I came in the store with sweats and I'm a black woman. I don't know if those were contributing factors, but I do know I don't appreciate the clear insinuation.

My mother is trying to talk to a pharmacist in Spanish at CVS Pharmacist for more than an hour. After an hour they answered but they did not speak Spanish so they put her on wait again. I am very upset with the services that CVS pharmacist provide for the hispanic people.

I wish I had the option to give this location 0 stars! Their employees are so unprofessional. Specifically Nicole who is suppose to be the "manager." She needs some customer service training or just quit her job cus clearly she is UNHAPPY. she became very defensive, was rude and had an nasty attitude. Never never again. I'm really surprised she's the "manager" because NEVER have I had an interaction with a manager who basically is ready to fight their customers. Do better!!! Find an office job in which you don't have to interact with anyone or something that doesn't include providing DECENT customer service.

I went in on a Sunday to pick up a prescription. It was not crowded for once and I was in and out in 2 minutes at the pharmacy counter. I was out of the store in 10 minutes due to a small crowd at the front. They had a great sale on some skin products I had been looking for recently, buy 1 get 1 40 percent off. I will definitely return in the future.
