This cvs pharmacy is a hit or miss. If you're lucky, you get the nice pharmacists. Most the time you get the rudest ones there. The pharmacy technicians in blue are the ones that are helpful. Other than the long lines with over an hour wait, I've had horrible experiences there. The store itself is fine, but to get prescribed medicine oh boy. The first to mention is how long it took for them to give my grandfather his medication because according to them his "insurance" did not approve to pay for his $1K medication. After waiting over two months for his medication and on dialysis, I decided to call his insurance and they said that the pharmacist had never even imputed a request for them to approve his medication. My grandfather was without his medication for so long and for what? Just because the Asian technician was being racist towards us. I hate to call her out, but not only has this happened with my medication, my grandmothers, grandfathers, but as well as others I've witnessed that have spoke only Spanish. It's as though she has gave up on all Spanish speakers and if they don't receive their medication she DOES NOT CARE. She doesn't even have the decency to look into your eyes while talking to you. So if you have a grandparent or parent that speaks Spanish hope to God that you don't have to speak to the pharmacist that doesn't speak Spanish. I've called to make a complain about this same physician and nothing. Just the other day, I could not go with my grandma to the pharmacy so she went alone and was basically hopped back and forth in the long lines none of them helping her not speaking Spanish all for her medication being on the counter table by the pharmacist computer when she did not give her all 3 medications the first time around she picked up the first medications. Overall, this is one of the worst cvs pharmacies I've dealt with for so many years and will be asking to have all of our medications to be sent to another even tho it's the closest to our home. Save yourself time, health, and patience and go to another one.

CVS boasts the busiest pharmacy in town, often accompanied by absurdly long lines during peak hours. However, despite the hustle and bustle, employees remain remarkably helpful and attentive. The store offers a decent selection of snack and drink options, along with a surprising variety of freezer foods. Nevertheless, it's not the ideal spot if you're in a rush, as navigating through the crowds can be time-consuming.

This is the reason we need karts,or something to be able to shop comfortable I saw the elder lady struggling with her stuff and I asked if they had carts so customers put their stuff and she said No. So if your planning to go take your own cart,Bag. They take their time to go and help you because all the items that they’re in discounts are lock up and you have to ring for service for at least 5 times I don’t know probably there’s short of staff. They don’t restock items always empty lucky if you find restock items just go early.what I liked the they ask you if your suing your coupons to add your number, and a young guy helped me by explaining me of a deal of toothpastes(thanks for that) they don’t have self check out.

I am a retired pharmacy technician & I have a complaint against CVS in general but for now the one on hawthorne blvd in Hawthorne ..... I must say is the worse pharmacy chain in history.... CVS fired me in las vegas after granting me a transfer to California in 2017?? .... I just transfered my mother's prescriptions to Walgreens the # 1 pharmacy & I also worked for them but had no problems ever... it had to be said ! I SAID IT ??

The pharmacy staff is great and they truly care about you. The store's merchandising is weird. I went in this pharmacy looking for sunglasses. The clerk told me they don't have any and won't until Summer as it is seasonal. Have you ever heard something so crazy? This is a pharmacy! You need sunglasses all year round, especially in winter with the lower sun angles when your driving. I told my eye doctor and she laughed saying it was stupid.

The pharmacy has the worst customer service, the employees don’t ever bother to look trough our file they get upset when we ask questions. Waited over 10 mins to get a deodorant . This place needs better management all around.

Dealing with a bad cough, was hoping to go to my local CVS to purchase a couple other things for my health needs. This store was closed earlier than the actual closing time as displayed on google . Also not much of a cough and flu meds selections are offered at this location.

Needed to get a prescription filled. Called this pharmacy 3 times, and each time was on hold for over 10-15 minutes before I hung up. Can’t get a hold of anyone here - obviously not ideal when they’re managing your medicine.

Professional, courteous, attentive and never have any hitches unlike the one on Redondo Blvd where every time I go in, they make an excuse to fail simple retail challenges
