!!!BEWARE OF THESE CLEANERS!!
I had read the reviews and was hesitant to try these guys out but after all I was like oh well let's see I tried with a few dress shirts first. They did ok so I took some blazers and some pants next. I picked up the items no problem. After the 4th Time using them I took 3 blazers , a vest and some slacks. A total of 5 items. I picked them up. I counted them. I looked at the items, 5 items were there, 3 blazers a vest and slacks. All there. I took my items, I hung them up in my closet and I left it at that. I wore some blazers and they were clean. When I wore the last blazer I took there, a dark Grey one it was 2 sizes smaller and a different brand. I took it in My car and wore until I was at my job site when I realized it wasn't my blazer. They're refusing to even accept my claim. That no one has returned a blazer and I bought it as a 3 PC suit. Ridiculous and outrageous. Very bad service and theft to say the least.
!!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! BEWARE!!!

pure gimmick, online it says $2.50 and you get there it says $2. but when they ring you up it's $4 per item, the $2 is you bring 125 pieces of garments. who's going to bring their whole closet? waste of time and drive from Long Beach. Horrible customer service too!

The fine print for the posted price of $2 per item is for 100 items minimum, and you must pay in cash. I took in 11 pieces of wool jackets and slacks I wear for my work and they charged $5.82 per item, all in, including an extra credit card fee. The service was very good and the quality of the work was excellent.

WORST CLEANERS! DO NOT USE! BEWARE!I had 2 pair if 501 Jeans that were both 30 in Length and when i picked them up they had shrank to 25 length. The first time was June 8,2021 in which an employee stated since i took the tag off that i couldnt prove that the services where from there business so i didnt make a fuss and i even gave them my phone in case the owner would contact me but nothing was done. The 2nd time Dec 14,2021same thing happened. Pants shrank from 30 length to 25 length. This time i save the pick-up tag and wrote my name on the pants, asked for the manager & or owner. They employee gave a complain form in which i did file with them. On Dec 18,2021 someone contacted me via email in which someone named Daniel Nourian FAT shames me stating "Jeans do fade but never shrink. You have gained weight" and they wouldnt make payment on my $70 claims for both NEW Jeans and not torn nor damaged as he states in the email. I filed a claim with the BBB. I have done business with many dry cleaners over 10+ years and never have i had issues with jeans shrinking. With that said DO NO USE THERE SERVICES.

At a time when Everything has gone up and is very high in cost and you're living a retired budget., this place is a terrific. I I suggest prep work before taking in. And realize if you have old things there's no guarantee and if you have new things that you do not know the reaction, ask. They write on your receipt what they will not be libel for. Thank you

This persons customer service skills suck. He place has lost my business. ZERO STARS FORSURE. If you don't believe me go yourself and get a self experience of their service. The only reason he's still in business is because it's cheap. So I guess that's what makes up for the their poor service.
