I came to Falcon to do my taxes (a friend recommended them) and I had a really great experience. Everyone was extremely nice, professional, and caring. This was my first time getting my taxes done and I felt very taken care of and reassured throughout the process. It is first come-first serve, so be prepared to wait. However, their work is fast, efficient, and well-priced. I worked with Carmen who did a phenomenal job! I will be returning next tax season. Thank you!

Great experience. I've been coming here to do my taxes for over fifteen years, staff is always helpful and friendly. They also have notary services, health insurance, car insurance. I recommend this place. The only negative is there isn't enough parking.
