The Baseline: For a printing and mailing center the business should have great service, good staff, and ability to find solutions to any issues.
Great location to get some 8.5 x 11 flyers printed in color. The prints were ran and done within a couple of hours after the online estimate was 3-4. Staff was friendly and the location is really convenient. The inside store has a small amount of office supplies to purchase.

I usually hate interacting with people and asking for help. I was dreading going into Kinko's this morning because I had no choice
... and I'm so glad I did!
Kevin completely changed my experience. He was incredibly kind, warm, and proactive from the moment I walked in. I had no idea where to start, but Kevin took the time to walk me through everything--helping me pick the right paper, guiding me through MS OneDrive on the machine, and making sure everything printed perfectly. His patience and helpfulness made me feel completely supported and not at all incompetent. I can't remember the last time I had such amazing customer service! If you're ever at Kinko's, look for Kevin--he'll make your day!

Why are they closing this location 15 minutes early. Came here at 7:45 pm on the dot, employee sees me coming and closes with people inside while I'm walking up. It would of took me a couple of minutes to make a copy. Just be aware they close early.

In town and needed to print something, their computers and connection is so dam slow.
$5 and their slow system couldn’t even log into my email account. Another $10 got it ??♂️
Office max or Office Depot next time for sure.

The phone number is a general answering machine. Terrible online service. Why have an office and dont have phones the specific location. Sad FedEx needs to do better with lost shipping. You should not solely rely on a tracking number. If a tracking number gets lost there should be other ways to identify the location of your package.

Kevin went above and beyond today. I was super frustrated because I needed something printed quickly. He took over & was able to find an alternative to using their desktop. Thank you so much. He was very patient and helpful

I came into this location the other day to drop off a package. There was a long line so an employee (Kevin) stepped forward and started offering help to those in line. Lucky for me I had a pre printed label so he was able to show me the self help area and assist me through the process. It was nice to get good customer service. I didn't have to wait in that long line either! Thanks Kevin.
